I’m amazed at how infrequently this place gets trolled, especially as it appears on the first page of Google results for pretty much any ABDL-related query.
But I wouldn’t suggest that babyfur.me’s policies constitute informed decisions. The whole staff’s been inactive for months and the place is circling the drain. It’ll probably be lights-out when the domain registration comes up for renewal. Clearly not an example to follow! (Unfortunately, because I had hopes for that place.)
It does seem like algorithms are the future (and present, really) of moderation for large social platforms. One can only hope that they learn to be more inclusive…somehow.
The sad and ironic part in that is that some people (and even parents) complain that young children are dressed like teens and adults, or shake their heads saying an outfit like that is “provocative”. And they say that it sexualizes them (and that’s likely very true, in my opinion). I agree totally, and think that children should not be dressing like mini adults or anything like that. But then, these same people who are for preserving childhood innocence and think that children should wear more childlike clothing, they also at the same time turn around and say don’t like it when adults wear children’s clothing or more childlike clothing, so they are actually contradicting their beliefs. You can’t have it both ways. What a joke. The people who complain about kids who wear mini adult clothing should be overjoyed that some adults want to wear childlike clothing. Also, not everyone here who likes childlike clothing, for instance, has a diaper fetish automatically. There are people like me who are developmentally delayed / developmentally disabled here who don’t wear diapers and don’t have a fetish, but act like young children because they can’t help themselves, and like children’s clothes because they are emotionally and socially like children, or even mentally like them. To hold them to a higher standard is simply wrong and there’s no way around that.
I do definitely think that Autistic people get judged way more on wearing children’s clothing if they do so, than other developmental disabilities, including Down Syndrome or even mild intellectual disabilities. It is something that is extremely annoying, because it seems like Autistic people should be and are being held to a higher standard, and that’s just wrong. Autism isn’t any less of a developmental disability than Down Syndrome or mild intellectual disabilities. Some Autistic people have mild or even moderate intellectual disabilities too. And the DSM 5 requirements for intellectual disabilities have changed too. You can be diagnosed as being intellectually disabled even if you have an IQ of 90 or 100, if your adaptive functioning skill levels are low enough. It’s not always about having an IQ higher than 70. I fail to see why in God’s good name is it “age inappropriate” to wear children’s clothing (like overalls or something like that) or shoes (like children’s Mary Janes or T strap shoes) if someone is Autistic. But if it is someone with Down Syndrome, then it IS “age appropriate”??! WTH. Some people with Down Syndrome have way better social skills than a lot of people with Autism. I’ve seriously even seen a review done by a parent on a children’s Mary Jane shoe. The mom or dad stated that they had a girl with Down Syndrome who was 32 YEARS OLD and that they found it to be an “age appropriate” shoe for their adult child with Down Syndrome. I knew a woman that was an aide in the Special Day class when I was in high school (she is now 61) who wore Oshkosh B’Gosh overalls and liked children’s cartoons, even when she was 45. She had a mild intellectual disability. As she told me herself, she was like a 11 year old academically and mentally. That isn’t really THAT severe and to be honest, my parents had met her several times, including at my high school graduation and from those meetings, to my parents, she seemed more mature than me. I’m sorry, but I don’t see how it’s any more acceptable for her to do that than for me to do that, but yet she won’t get judged. She also had a friend with Down Syndrome who was 4 feet 6 inches tall (she’s still alive in her mid 50s) and she also wore children’s Mary Jane shoes. Society seems to judge Autistic people more harshly. You could argue that my friend with mild intellectual disabilities was short, with her height being a little bit above 5 feet tall. But there are plenty of females who are 5 feet 2 inches or so who are Autistic too. So that isn’t really THAT short. 4 feet 6 inches tall, yeah that’s shorter, but there are plenty of normal nonautistic adult females even who are that height. I mean, my mom is 5 feet 4 inches tall. My high school psychologist told me at one point 30 years ago that she rather would have Down Syndrome than my type of Autism any day. She passed away in her late 50s from cancer a few years ago (I mean the high school psychologist).
I really believe Autistic people are the most discriminated minority for multiple reasons. The unemployment rate for Autistic university graduates is 85% and the suicide attempt rate, according to the statistics I have read, is also very high. Figures don’t lie (but liars can sure figure). I regret ever going to college, because it didn’t help my occupational prospects at all. I’m really sorry, but even the worst criminals like murderers and p*dos don’t have such a high unemployment rate. Not anywhere close to 85%, anyway. All you need to do is look under statistics. I guess other people, even criminals, can find a job, because all that ever really mattered was social skills. Society is more willing to give a criminal a second chance in life after prison and hire them for a job, than hire a law abiding Autistic person for a job. It’s sickening. In fact, most criminals do have “social skills” and have “charisma” which actually was how they were able to commit their crimes to begin with. At a job, it’s all about kissing other people’s ass and working yourself up the ladder (in some cases, sleeping your way up the ladder literally, by having a relationship with your boss).
I am not overly fond of either political party to be honest, at this point, both liberal Democrats and conservative Republicans have their faults, but I’m actually more aligned politically with the Republicans, because they seem to be the better of the two evils. And it does seem that the parents who are Republicans are quite a bit more understanding of me wanting to wear a longall and T strap shoes. I actually got bullied the most by people in Oregon who were liberals, and I thank God that I don’t live there. Unfortunately I don’t live too far away, either. Some of the Autistic people are even mean in Oregon (and I think you know some of the people I’m talking about). The people in Alabama, Georgia, and South Carolina seem to be a lot more understanding of me in that regard. It bothers me that I’ve had to try to eke out a living somehow and that I volunteered at many places, but never was able to hold down a job. If anyone ever deserved SSD, it was me, because I tried so hard in my life and yet had little to show for it as far as my life getting better. I tried harder than a lot of other Autistic people I know. Including getting through college, which wasn’t easy, and positively impacting the lives of tens of thousands of preschoolers in the 16 years I was an assistant volunteer co-host at Storytime for preschoolers at my library.
Is it Facebook as well that is banning it? (I don’t usually look for ABDL content on Facebook). Seems like there is some inconsistency in enforcement. Like a couple weeks ago, I accidentally came across a video (on Facebook), that showed woman flashing their boobs and nipples, and when I reported it, they said it didn’t break their rules.
So searching instagram from an external search engine, they do allow boob nipple photos (I didn’t actually look at any photos). And yet they are banning ABDL content. Seems like in terms of NSFW-ishness, bare boobs > ABDL, not that you should be viewing ABDL stuff at work.
He really comes across more like a real life supervillain than anything that could be called socially liberal.
I know you have had bad experiences in the past and have linked them to political leaning but amoral billionaires are not representative of any popular movement.
-It would be my guess that the only ones who are googling anything ABDL related would be just us. Trolls usually just stick to the popular social media sites for their trolling.
-I haven’t really been keeping up on Babyfur.me, I log in maybe a couple times a month, because there isn’t a whole lot going on compared to the old version of babyfur.me. But yeah…that is a bad sign. Makes me wonder why they would bring back Babyfur.me in the first place if they were just going to let it die again.
-Absolutely they are, AI is the future whether we like it or not and I know YouTube has already been using AI to moderate videos for many years now. And if you look at some examples, it gets it wrong all the time. I very much a novice coder, because I’m more into sysadmin stuff, I find it more interesting. But that said, I’m sure the main problem is:
AI is actually quite scary sometimes. I feel like I’m almost being sta*ked (or followed) sometimes by the internet itself. What I mean is, even if I look at some auction on a site like eBay, Etsy, or somewhere else, I will see things elsewhere on the internet like ads that have a relationship to what I am looking for on eBay (or for that matter anywhere else). Like if I look at a children’s outfit on eBay, before long I see all sorts of ads on Google and all over the internet when I look anywhere that have to do with what I was looking at. Like in that case, I might see ads on children’s clothing stores (sometimes which are thousands of miles away, not just necessarily in the South, but all over the country; yes, there are stores in other states like in the New England area that sell clothes that I like, such as the longall type). When I look at anything at all, it seems the internet is following me around. This has been going on already for several years; actually more like beyond a decade already. Probably before my nephews even existed, and my older one is almost a teenager. It just reminds me of the song “Every Breath You Take” by the Police (or Sting and his band, or whatever you want to call him). A bit creepy actually.
Purchase and install the best VPN or virtual private network that is owned and operated out of any country that spies on your accounts. The best ones use SSD memory, don’t store records and have hundreds if not thousands antennas and 100% encryption which uses thousands or millions of routes to send your encrypted messages. Check out EFF
I clicked the “appeal” button yesterday or the day before. Same AI process, no change and now permanently disabled. Just sucks hadn’t posted anything new in a decade. But had nearly 500 pictures on my account.
I spent a few minutes this morning and typed up an arbitration demand and will send it out Monday. Anyone have any luck with either the appeal button or arbitration?
I use Proton VPN now, but it won’t stop AI work, and a new law based in Switzerland where Proton VPN is based threaten the safety and privacy of everyone, new regulations requires a backdoor in any encrypted systems in Switzerland now for the authorities to be able to decrypt anything, so not sure where I’m gonna go next. And soon, AI will be trained to decrypt, and we won’t have any privacy anymore.
I had my Insta with cute pictures, always correct, always dressed (well sometimes line a baby of course), sometimes even no diapers. Had reached the 1k follower.
One day, Insta closed my account, reason:
Imposing sex to other people!
??? Which sex? There was zero sexuality in my pictures.
Now my Insta has only a few pictures that shows that I’m part of the community and have only a few followers. I will not recreate anything more, it was a pure waste of time..
Instagram sees diapers as sex. I can see this targeting incontinent individuals too. Some also post diaper content but not them in diapers. Posting yourself on diapets is sexual, same as posting yourself in tighty whities. If I posted myself wearing underwear and a sports bra, it would be sexual too.
You can be medically incontinent and still post fetish content.
I also see other innocent accounts being targeted if they think the adult is too childish because of what they’re wearing even if they’re not ABDL, not affiliated with the community.
You can use completely separated browser profiles to fragment your internet activity on your computer. It also give a tiny bit more security. Like, you can use a separated profile for your social life, your shopping, your official tasks, your ABDL activity etc. You can even use different installed browsers for these. Fingerprinting is a technique when the other party recognize you by some parameters of the hardware and software you are using, like the browser name and version, the operating system, the resolution of your screen, there are a lot of things your browser can provide to the other side and this can identify you without any cookies or IP address. Another thing on mobile devices (Google owns Android so they can access whatever they want on your phone) is to guess your exact location without using GPS by analyzing the combination and strength of wifi access points around you.
Some websites go by device so they ban you based on device. Unless you know how to spoof devices or if you own different ones. Now that means you can only access you account on that device to avoid accounts being linked. Some websites like Reddit will just ban your account when it finds you had an account that got suspended forever on their site.
There are websites out there that allow you to use for different websites to avoid account linking like morelogin. But they cost money.
But websites using this method to detect ban evasions means innocent users will get caught in it falsely and get banned randomly. It’s not safe anymore to log into your accounts on public wifi or allow people to use your device or log onto your account on a device that isn’t yours. If you buy a used one, you don’t know if soneone had been banned on that device on reddit or Instagram or Twitter. So that means your account will be frief if you log into your account on it.
But are you viewing this from a work device? That is what I mean. I wouldn’t view this with personal device at work, mainly due to working in an office.
