I have noticed lately that Instagram has been cracking down on abdl content. They deleted my account (I am sure I am not the only one). Then I have noticed as I tried to reestablish my account that many of the content creators I had are no longer there. Funny thing was I only had a couple of pictures that were not against any rules. Anyone else experiencing this?
They’re not alone, a few other websites turns out against ABDL content too, like wattpad is on a purge, it seems one of the main moderator has a rage against anything related to strange stuff or LGBTQ+ and ABDL content too right now. We live in a freedom world and freedom is limited online now.

Sorry for being afk the last 15 years. Hope everyone is doing well. I have jumped on here from time to time in order to see the lastest conversations.
As this thread mentions, even my Instagram is the reason that navigated me here today. And yes, I can confirm my Adult Baby persona profile was suspended as well as my actual Instagram and Facebook accounts. This happen last week.
Has anyone attempted to appeal either online or through their mailing them? If yes, was it successful? If yes, please share. Or share, we can all grieve together if you’re affected by this trend on their platform.
Sad part I hadn’t posted anything in roughly the same amount of time as my absence from this website. We can blame raising kids, business and marriage keeps you busy once you move beyond graduate school.
Again, sorry for my decade and a half absence and look forward to seeing how others are handling this purge on Instagram. I don’t use social media a lot anymore but it would be nice to get everything I had uploaded ten to fifteen years ago and my main accounts back online.

I wonder if they are also targeting profiles where an adult is childlike so they see it as ABDL despite there being no diapers or baby gear and AB clothing.

AI is now used by authorities to track sexual predators, they can tell if some adults make themselves act like kids or teens in different chat groups or discord, and they are getting false results on some adults that have Intellectual disabilities or Autism which cause us to have same level of social abilities as kids or teens. But still they persist, some day they will accuse the wrong person for absolutely no reason, because an AI said their behavior wasn’t appropriate, I fear our future is compromised. AI is good if they catch sexual predators, but if they also catch Autism and Intellectual disabilities at the same time, I feel we are in danger, I like to pretend I’m a kid on some forums, I ask no personal infos, just want to chat, and I feel it could turn out to be dangerous even just to chat without anything asked now.

I wouldn’t pretend to be a kid period. I do have the same fear as you. Their algorithm will target people with autism and intellectual disabilities. It will become ableist. I think it’s already happening. Someone once got their video taken down because of an action figure in the background. It got seen as age play is why for sexual exploitation of minors. This happened on Porn Hub.

I hate everything about being Autistic. I think it’s worse having Autism than anything else. It’s led me only to a lifetime of being bullied no matter how nice I’ve been or even if I’ve been a good person. I’d rather have Down Syndrome or proportional pituitary dwarfism any day. Actual criminals have it better than Autistic people, because they actually do have social skills and charisma (which they actually used in some cases to commit their crimes). Perhaps I should work for a crisis / suicide line and say to people calling “You think you have a sad life?!”. They’ll probably hang up thinking their life isn’t really so bad!!
Even parents of some preschoolers I have known (both from my doing Storytime for preschoolers at the library and even online on FB) feel sorry for me and think my life would have been a lot easier had I just stayed physically a child altogether. Unfortunately I think that is definitely true. I wish I could see my future and that I wasn’t going to have adult rights, but that I wasn’t going to have my child rights, either. This is way worse than being a 3 year old. And 3 year olds - or even pituitary dwarfs that look like 3 year olds - generally don’t get bullied. I would have gotten growth attenuation treatment if I known what was going to happen to me. I don’t know what kind of sin I committed in my past life to come back like this. I hope God has the mercifulness to turn me into a 4 year old angel when I go to Heaven, because I don’t want to ever remember being a so called “adult” on Earth. It has been miserable as an “adult” and to be honest, after I started kindergarten, all Hell broke loose. I had problems even in kindergarten. My teacher constantly complained about me. Most teachers did, all the way through high school and college. The only time when I don’t remember teachers complaining about me was in nursery school when I was 3 to 4 years old. That seems to be about where my mental development stopped, according to even some elementary school classmates I had.

Personally, I don’t pretend to be a kid. I act like a child a lot because of my level 2 Classic Autism and I really can’t help myself. Most of my even NT / normal friends, as well as Autistic friends, realize this, including old teachers and college instructors. Even young children (who were preschool age children 15 years ago, who used to play with me when I was in my early to mid 30s chronologically) outgrow me and move far ahead of me. My concentration span is worse than a 5 year old’s, I can’t drive a car, I still live with my actual parents, and very soon, my 12 year old nephew will probably be driving in a few short years - and I won’t be. I have a driver’s license and had one for 27 years, but don’t even drive because my attention span is so bad, so I can only drive 20-25 minutes at most. I’ve always had one of my parents sitting next to me in the passenger seat when I’ve driven. 5 year old kindergartners were more responsible than me in remembering to complete their homework when I was a 13 year old in 8th grade. I don’t believe in the entire history of my Catholic K-8 school I went to (I went there from 6th to the end of 8th grade), for the 65 years that the school existed, I don’t believe anyone ever got more missing assignments or resultant detentions (8 detentions in the 8th grade year alone) than me. We’re including kindergartners and first graders to third graders who didn’t get missing assignment slips, because although they didn’t get missing assignments or detentions, the teachers did call the child’s parents if they missed too much homework. I knew 5- and 6- year old girls who wore babyish dresses and T strap shoes or Mary Janes (this was in 1989, and children dressed a little differently then), and even they were more responsible about their homework than I was. I had problems even in kindergarten (in public school) in Fall 1981. The school administration even attempted to send me to emotionally disturbed class in the school for that in the district. I almost had to repeat kindergarten, I’m surprised they didn’t send me back to preschool. After all, I didn’t have problems in nursery school. Certainly my nursery school teacher never complained about me ever.

Yes, and the drift towards this has been happening for years. It’s everywhere, not just ABDL. Anything “deviant” is increasingly being viewed with a suspicious lens, if not outright hostility, undoing decades of increasing tolerance and visibility.

People have been emboldened on the internet (and in the West, in general) to become their least tolerant, spiteful selves. These times are not times where being a good person driven by principle gets you ahead. We are in a part of history where evil is encouraged, evil is fun and funny, and people are lauded for doing evil things. Even more so when they dress their wrongdoing in the clothing of being good and righteous.
But they can’t undo everything completely. Some genies cannot be put back in the bottle. There is a light at the end of the tunnel, but prepare for it to get much worse before it gets better.

I would say when I pretend I am kid, I do this because kids are told by adults to not talk to adult strangers online, that is a good safety guideline for sure, my main subjects when I do this are video games and other subjects like what they learn at school, I try to help them with some questions for their homework, without giving them the answers, I give them some tips to find the answers themselves. If they knew I was an adult, it wouldn’t work as their parents wouldn’t let them chat with me. I would say I act more like a big brother that can help them with different topics, but I wouldn’t answer anything related to any sexual questions, I turn them to their parents if they ask about it, I assure them their parents will answer that question and not me. And 1 other thing, by doing this 3 times I saved kids that were bullied and one of them wanted to end his life, I contacted the authorities just in time, he was 13 and was bullied at school, I won’t reveal his name or location. I’m a sort of guardian angel for them.
Yep, mine got deleted on several occasions. I was known as piddledave, piddledave2, and my now BulliedLittleBear. My account got deleted several times, but I fought it.. Finally, just got tires of fighting it and had my apprehensions about the implemention of AI on Instagram, that I decided it was time to call it quits for good. My account got deleted again and I never went back! Zuckerberg can take a hike for all I’m concerned!

Instagram is my last resort of social media, beside Bluesky and i followed a lot if “incontinence”, “NeurogenicBladder” and some other tags and for about some days i get NOTHING related shown, as everything has got disappeared.
I need to emphasize i am NOT following ABDL content at all, only “medical type” influencer.
Still i think it is strange, as ALL diaper related content seems to be gone, fun fact: I still do get commercials for adult diapers shown.

Scarry times ahead Pino. we are headed into a dark age of total censorship, closed mindedness, and judging without first seeing what it’s about, really sad.

Where is all the censorship originating from???, what’s the root of it all, is it the newer generation???, is it how my generation raised the current generation, there has to be a Scientific explanation.
IMHO this censoring is motivated in this: “We don’t want Donald from Washington as an enemy.” And we all know how is relation of yhat Donald with all what’s not vainilla enough.

My guess is the new AI, everyone implement verifications with AI, and AI is black or white, not gray, strict guidelines and fewer humans to monitor the content that was removed is saving the corporations a lots of money, and even if you decide to complain, many times, its another AI bot that will answer with canned answers that the content you posted wasn’t appropriate and such…

Sadly I only see this getting worse. I had a bad feeling about censorship coming down the pike toward our community and various others when Tumblr did their big purge years ago. They want to sanitize the internet to death, hell i wouldn’t be surprised if they try to come after private communities like this one someday. I also wouldn’t be surprised if ADISC has to become more like babyfur.me where only registered accounts are allowed to browse the content.
It might sound far fetched on the surface, but the problem is that a majority of sites heavily rely on the big four cloud services (meta, amazon, Google, microsoft) in some way. I think Moo rents his own VPS, but I am still concerned either way. In the furry community, I’ve seen big websites like Furaffinity become more anti-babyfur over the years.
Maybe seeing it as pedophilia. They also dont like childlike adults either. The fact people do sexualize adults acting like kids is being viewed as pedophilia and sexualization of minors is my theory.
I can see this targeting people with disabilities and mental illnesses. I already see people calling Michael jackson ABDL because he had an amusement park and a petting zoo and toys at his house, there is even a thread here about it too. That is how far we had stretched that term.
