How many people are actually transgender and wear disposable diapers

I am wondering how many people are actually transgender not sissies or anything related to sissies or cross dressers actually questioning their gender identity and wear disposable diapers

I’m pretty sure we all wear diapers here so I interpret your question as whether we identify as trans or not, is that correct?

Why is it an issue? I can’t see it matters much!

:relaxed:We all love to wear no matter who or what we are.

Hahaha. I’m not cisgender.

But I’m not quite trans. Somewhere in a nebulous middle.

But sure. I’ll throw you a bone. Even with my gender dysphoria, wearing diapers has only just helped me. When I’m feeling masculine, lemme just say that bulge is a bit affirming in that aspect. Either way, I don’t like interacting or seeing my genitals unless diapered so… yeah. It helps with genital dysphoria

I know you were looking for specifically trans girls/sissies, but I’m a trans man and I like it. it helps with my gender dysphoria too, I don’t even have to wear my packer when I have a wet diaper bulge :]

An additional question is how many Transgender individuals here are also on the AUTISM SPECTRUM?

I’m trans. I transition over 25 years ago. I got into abdl about 20 years ago… at first just special occasions, but eventually it came to be my life. I now wear diapers 24/7.

I know how hard being trans is and if you wear diapers for incontinance it must be off the cliff tough, but to be ABDL and trans is sexy as all hell (woman or man do we not matter). You are living the life that you want

I’m transmasc and diapers are a huge help with body dysphoria! I don’t have the finances, family support or general safety to fully come out as trans right now, but binding and wearing diapers helps ease discomfort about my own body shape. They’re great for so many reasons, and that’s definitely one of them.

raising my hand as we speak

I’m also curious as to how many people with PTSD enjoy it, though that’s a little bit of a personal question so I won’t fault anyone for not wanting to disclose!

Trans gal here. Been interested in diapers, but I’ve been a bit closeted about it. It sometimes gets a bit irritating having to deal with the extra limb.

I am a transgender female in the UK and DL, starting on hormones and fully out.

Definitely transgender/non-binary. But a bit of a fetish mix too.
