What are your thoughts on the Drylife Slip super?
I personally think this nappy is better than the Drylife X-plus (which is basically an plastic backed Abena M4/L4))

plastic backed Abena M4
Nope.
They’re OK. They are very similar to the iDSlip Expert Super PE backed which was one of my favourites for a while before they ruined those replacing the plastic sides with cloth. In terms of value for money they are great. I also like how they swell up a lot, and can hold loads (never had one leak on me).
Personally prefer Betterdrys though as they’re bulkier so more fun.
I’m 99% sure they’re made by ID, just as the XPlus are made by Ab**a.
Drylife has become a sort of repository for the favourite plastic backed nappies from manufacturers who want to present their own branded lines as all-cloth but know there is still a significant market for their plastic backed product.
You can bet that if any more manufacturers go all-cloth there will be a Drylife branded plastic equivalent, probably made to order by the original manufacturer.
I like both the Super and the XPlus.
The XPlus is thicker and has wider coverage but I think the capacities are actually similar.
I have yet to try these. I have a pack in my collection waiting to be moved to the changing area. A New year nappy I think!
Your (You’re) doesn’t need a comma.
No offence meant.
Never tried the Super Slips but I do really like the Slip Xplus after being introduced to them by @PCS
I personally prefer plastic backed and anything that resembles and feels like a nappy I wore as a kid.
Why not order a sample pack of the Supers and see how you like them? Always good to try new ones!
Drylife Slips are definitely one of my favourite nappies of all time.
There’s something about the padding that makes it feel reaaaaaallllly nice against my bottom! Decent plastic, strong tapes, good absorbancy and wicking means that they don’t sag or leak unexpectedly.
That ain’t a comma. ::-p:
With the Drylife Supers I like how the wetting distributes to the back of the nappy and it’s a pleasant feeling being wet. I like how the padding doesn’t break down after moderate exercise.
They are not made by Ontex NV, I live close to their factory and they make ID and Absorin but not Drylife. I even had a tour of their factory a few years ago.
I really love these diapers a lot and have bought them a few times even though they are pretty rare here in Canada. You do really have to fluff them up a bit before putting them on, otherwise they can be super stiff and uncomfortable. I do love the fit of them on me (I’m a medium), the tapes work really great and they last almost as long as some of the more premium and bulkier diapers out there right now.
Another thing I really like about them is their smell, which I’m not even sure it is but reminds me bit of vintage attends or even pampers more then the heavily plastic smell of Rearz or others.
They are good for a medical diaper. But have not the highest capacity but they fit me really well and are nice to wear.
No it’s an apostrophe. Apologies
I meant apostrophe…
You’re = You are. Or is American grammar different?

Interesting. Maybe they sold the machinery to another company as they’re very very similar to the plastic backed ID slips.
I might try them. They’re less expensive than the AB Nappies aren’t they? I’m looking for a unprinted, non AB nappy which is as good as Tykables. (?)
From nappiesrus the large Drylife Slip are £30 a case of 45. They are good for a medical nappy.
Never tried them. No thoughts except that they’re cheaper than the printed ones. I don’t have any experience of them.
