That’s one of my favorite songs. I love the old torch songs. I used to play a lot of them on the piano but I haven’t done that in awhile.

That is not. . . Rod Stewart, and George and Ira Gershwin are rolling over in their graves right now! Nah, I’m not really angry with anybody. It’s just fake exasperation, so I can be silly. Seriously, though, the older versions are so much prettier. I swear, I’m an old soul, in some ways, and music from before I was born, just. . . Sounds better.

Look up one called Return To Pooh Corner. It’s amazing, but you might cry.

You might cry, fair warning.

Isn’t She Lovely could also be rethought by a BIG for a Little. How about My Girl? Ittybitty Pretty One?

Oh, my gosh! It’d take some rethinking, but wouldn’t Simple Man, by Lynyrd Skynyrd be awesome!? Think about it.

I love love love this lullaby of Brian Wilson’s Beach Boys song! A perfect blend of words and music. Lyrics are below.

**“In My Room” **- Brian Wilson

There’s a world where I can go and tell my secrets to

In my room, in my room

In this world I lock out all my worries and my fears

In my room, in my room

Do my dreaming and my scheming

Lie awake and pray

Do my crying and my sighing

Laugh at yesterday

Now it’s dark and I’m alone

But I won’t be afraid

In my room, in my room

In my room, in my room

In my room, in my room

Perfect. We all need a room to dream in - any time of day or night.

These two should be a great examples of a collection of calming music, I know I drool over this series enough as it is but I will never miss a chance to try and share it.

This classic by Buffalo Springfield is pretty cute. Listen to the lyrics and just try to imagine that it’s not about the magic of “feeling little”… Pah! :smiling_face_with_3_hearts:
