Working to get to the little feeling

Hello everyone

For me to feel like I can let go of my anxieties and fully engage in the present and enjoy being a baby with Mommy, I have to literally exercise my body. It doesnt have to be immediately before, but it has to be at some point during the day. The exercise lowers my stress and lets me feel much more calm. I initially started daily exercise to deal with my mental health issues, and to build my self confidence. It also turns out that it helps me to let go and enjoy being Mommy’s baby boy too!

Today I did some light and fast combination and foot work on my heavy bag for cardio, and then I did 5 sets of push ups. Nothing crazy, just a quick 45min workout and I feel great!

Since I started doing this over the last 2 years I have lost 70 pounds of fat and gained 26 pounds of muscle. from 300 pounds to 226 pounds. Diet changes have also helped, but thats a whole nother ball game.

Anyone else have a similar routine?
