It’s interesting that you mentioned “getting up” … I’ve been reading a few articles where folks on important business meetings did not put pants on, and stood up during the video call .

I have been working from home and call into a lot of meetings, but I never use video. I also am always covered, because my wife and kids are home as well. I do enjoy being able to wear while working.
Luckily any meetings I have participated in have been audio only. I have the webcam on my laptop covered with the little slide cover, and then have a piece of paper covering it too.
I’m loving it I work from home and bonus I don’t have to do any video meeting…

Work from home
I’ve worn while working from home some of the time, but less so in the warmer weather… the novelty value wore off, and my desire to wear in general has been up and down like a bride’s nappy
I love and hate it. I can wear a bra, a diaper and a skirt (with a black sticker over my webcam, just in case…) but I do miss being in the office with my coworkers. I always leave a t-shirt within reach in case I have to change quickly for a video call.
