So on the 31st of August i placed an order for diapers from Bambino and I have definetly ordered from them in the past. I got the confirmation e-mail and a day or so after confirmation that it had been sent. The problem arises here in that I never got a tracking number for the package. Its been over a week and a half and still nothing has arrived. I also noticed that their website had totally changed and was saying I didn’t even have a saved account with them anymore which is concerning. I did try to email them to figure it out but I still have heard nothing at all back. What should I do? My folks mentioned maybe I should contact my credit card company to force a chargeback on them but I don’t really want to do this as it will obviously make me unable to ever buy from them again if this turns out to be a misunderstanding
I’m having the same issue with an order I placed over a week ago, except that I received a FedEx tracking number. However, the package has never moved … it’s never been shipped. I imagine this all has much to do with wildfires in that part of the country, but I don’t know that to be the case.
I sent another email yesterday with no response. I’ll wait a few days and see what happens.
Since Bambino is located in near the heart of some of the bigger wildfires, I’m going to think that either they personally were affected by the state of emergency or shipping - pickups were effected, I’d be patient with them, although I’ve seen some other mis-communications and slow to react in the past from that company too.
Same here. I placed an order on Sept 5, got the shipping notification on Sept 9 with a Fedex tracking number, but no movement on it since then.
Has to be related to the fires in CA. FedEx says that the package is coming from Ontario and there’s 4 large wildfires there now.
