I tried to order some Dotty The Pony diapers from Northshore and it wouldn’t let me order no matter what I did! It kept saying “incorrect ID” or something along those lines. Ugh I’m so annoyed!!! I ended up getting Crinklz from amazon so at least I got something. But the ones I really want I can’t order for some reason. Does Northshore not accept debit cards for some f*cked reason and they’re just not telling me? All my information is correct. So I don’t understand why that was happening. I tried it like 5 different times and it never went though! Ugh. I hate ordering online sometimes. I wish they had Dotty the Pony on Amazon 
. Looks like I can’t order from Northshore’s website even if I wanted to. Has anyone else had trouble with the Northshore website and ordering on their phone?
Fawn Northshore has amazing customer support in place! I think…its at the bottom left of the page where you can chat with someone live and they will get things fixed up and your questions answered.
I messaged their support but I’m worried they won’t be able to help me… I’m so freaking upset still 
update: the person I messaged just told me to refresh the page which made me lose the support chat 
. I’ve never had an issue with Northshore up until now.They gave me some sort of non-comital answer about an update that they did that wasn’t done last night so I needed to refresh the page. Now I’m just confused and straight up annoyed 
The best customer support I’ve come across in the incontinent product community; the ease of access and support options are great. Contact them and I’m sure you’ll figure something out!
Okay so update, apparently they had a glitch in their system and it should be fixed now. I wish I had known this sooner before I wasted 44+ dollars on amazon on Crinklz 
. I’m so freaking pissed right now. At least the support person was able to kind of explain what happened. I just hope it doesn’t happen again
