Looks like an ad for adult diapers to me. I think they’re meaning babies wear diapers and so do adults. Oh those funny French!!!
Thank you for sharing. We all appreciated the video. It reminds me of a commercial from last century where a camera is in a truck bed with a sign that says " show us your (?)". I forgot what it was but I think it was a cigarette commercial. Of course Saturday Night Live had a field day doing variations on it.
SNL did a parody of that commercial with “show us your gun”.
As for the diaper commercial, I don’t think I would tuck my shirt tail into my diaper! Like said from above, I think it’s a comedic parody.

My native language is french, its definitely a comedy sketch to prove the effectiveness of their products, where babies can’t talk, adults talk for them…
