What is with some Brands sizing?

Idk if it’s a Medical Style sizing thing, but I found NS Lites to be very weirdly sized, I cant really fit in Mediums and Larges would have been way too Large (i ordered Mediums, so i will probably end up using them to increase capacity of other Diaps on weekends)

I just got a large box of Seni Super Pluses in and they are a bit better with sizing (i can actually wear their Mediums, which is good enough for me as I plan on them being short time and after work Diapers)

But had I ordered “Regulars” they would have been too big and Larges would have been even worse

I kind of feel like sizing is just better on the ABDL Diapers I have tried; most Larges fit me snug without being too tight and without being way too large, and I could probably fit Mediums fine if I lost 20-30 LBS

I think my biggest issue is that I have rather large Thighs, while my waist is pretty close to normal size, so Models of Diapers that dont seem to accommodate big Thighs dont seem to fit me well, and for whatever reason NS Lites are that way

it would probably help if they had Smalls, Mediums, Larges and maybe XLs, rather than their Mediums basically being more like a S/M and their Larges being kind of like a L/XL

Is this a regular thing with the “Medical style” brands, or is it just me?

In my opinion diapers are no different than jeans, Some jeans 36 fit and others don’t. I have actually had same issue with my briefs. Sometime medium fits and others don’t.

Yeah, but it seems like some brands have no overlap between sizes while others do, for example with the Seni Super Pluses, their Medium is 30-43 inches, their next size up “Regular” is 40-50 inches, so there’s a whole 3 inches of overlap there

As a result I can wear their Mediums with a decent fit (not the best and I wouldn’t trust a Diaper I can barely fit for long periods of time) but had I went with Regulars the size would have clowned me

I feel like its better to have more sizes and a smaller range for each, maybe with a little overlap between sizes, that way me (and I’m sure others in the same predicament) wouldn’t have to choose between a size that Barely fits, and a size that is way too large

I agree , nothing worse then being in the middle of two sizes.
