If I buy diapers at a store I take it to my car in the bag that it came with. But when I get to my apartment complex I tend to take a large jacket and put it over it and carry it that way. also for a diaper bag I use an anime satchel that I got a HotTopic it holds two diapers, my powder, wipes if needed and finally, it holds some plastic bags to throw away my diapers. So what do you use to transfer your diapers in?
When I was alone … I didn’t bother hiding the pack of diapers - let them in original store bag .
No one is really paying attention to what you buy at the store.

Personally I don’t care (much), but if I did I’d use a large black trash bag.

When I decided to not be a smartass, I thought about it and realized I used to open the package in my car, and stuff them in my waistband. I usually wear baggy shirts; so, even if my mom was between my car and my bedroom, if I moved quick, she wouldn’t notice. Then, I’d throw out the package on garbage day at the curb.

Back when I lived at home and still bought diapers at the store, I simply asked for a paper bag to carry them in. No one ever questioned that.

I usually use a large Rubbermaid tote with lid. You can use it for other things most of the time, and then on diaper buying day, empty the tote, fill with diapers, bring home, and refill tote with original items.
I have also found a large backpack can work. I had a backpack in university where I could store a pack of Tena Super briefs at the bottom and have room for a coat and a few other things on top. No one was the wiser.

When the store was very close to my house, I would just use the plastic shopping bag to “conceal” it, and always went when I knew no one would be home for a while. Traveling far to and from the store, I used a draw string bag to carry it. Even though the outline was sometimes pretty blocky, I just avoided interacting with people, and I would think that people who aren’t looking for diapers wouldn’t be able to tell immediately what the shape was.
Most of the time now though, I just order them online. Saves me the trouble of transportation and concealment because they’re already in cardboard boxes (usually plain).

when I lived at home and commuted to college I’d leave the package in the car and carry them inside in my backpack a handful at a time.
Now that I’m on my own and have a roommate who’s no stranger to fetishes, I just order them straight to my door.
