My boyfriend wears (and he sometimes wears while we do sexual things) and I want to surprise him by doing something he might like. Does anyone have a favorite thing to do in bed, regarding diapers? What feels good?

Yep, PG-13, to be exact. My advice is, deal with this in 2 parts. Discuss in as much depth as is comfortable for both of you what his wants, needs, likes, and dislikes are, then give it just enough time so you can still surprise him, but you’re not, “going in blind.”
