im a 28 waist and weigh 120 and im 19 and about 5’8 im thinking of buying Huggies Pull ups 4-5t but idk if it will fit any ideas?
You might be able to fit into a size 7 diaper.
Are you restricted by money at all, because if not I recommend ordering from ABUniverse online, they have discrete packaging and a quality product, not as cheap as store brand but way better for holding.

If you don’t wet too heavily, Goodnites are always a nice option since they are pull-up style. The L/XL size would be the size for 120lbs.
Just keep in mind that with the exception of good nights, huggies products run smaller then pampers / luvs. Heard but never tried target diapers, heard there just as big as pampers.
At a 28” waist I’d find the new pampers cruisers size 7 diapers and give them a shot, there not that much money and if they don’t fit then you know you’ll need an adult small size
