I have a really hard time relaxing enough to wet my diaper in public, but I was at the movies today and drank like half a large soda during the movie. I had to stand in front of the toilet to do it, but I did manage it. Luckily the next place I went had a private bathroom so I could change it without worrying about being in a public bathroom. The diaper I wear in public can only take 1 wetting the size of the one I did.
I love just not having to worry about leaving the movie theater to use the restroom. Use my disper and that’s the end of it. I hate having to miss part of the movie just to pee. It’s also fun to pee wherever.

Use a better diaper, one that can hold more than one wetting, which might ease your body’s concerns.
Also, the more you do it, the easier it becomes
First time today. Went to a physical therapy session first with my diaper covered by waterproof diaper cover that has red and blue stars on a white background. My shorts were more full than usual, but no one seemed to notice. Then went shopping at COSTCO. Only purchased a few items so went to self checkout. Then, I stopped in the food court area and let loose. First just a few spurts and then a really heavy flow. I’ll change them shortly but am getting out my vibrator first.
