Tykables and Crinklz fans, help me!

My waist measurement is 49 inches. according to Tykables support, the large diaper is 48" but it should fit large people. I am tempted to buy two units of the unicorn package, but I am afraid it won’t fit me. On the other side of this spectrum, Crinklz K size is up to 59" inches, that can be a bad thing… I also heard it’s waterproof, is it true?

If i recall correctly. Ttykables offers samples. They are expensive but come with a coupon for a future purchase. I would order a sample first. I have not tried crinklz

They suggested that… However, in my case, I really cannot afford to waste money.

What’s a bigger waste of money. Buying just a couple of diapers at a higher price to confirm if they fit or not. OR, buying a whole bag (or case) and finding out they don’t fit so you can’t really use any of them?

Northshore will also send out free samples of crinklz or any kf their other brands too. So in this case it most certainly isn’t a waste to get samples first.

Tykables tend to fit a bit smaller than average. Crinklz are larger generally speaking. (they’re more long than wide) The problem won’t be the upper tapes, it’ll be the lowers. You probably will need XL in crinklz.

If money is a big concern, I would recommend abena l4 or tranquility atn. They are both medical diapers, but I like them both and they are a lot cheaper. The abena holds quite a lot while the tranquility holds a few wettings and is really cheap (price not quality) when compared to abdl brands. I’d aesthetic is a driving factor you can pair them with a cute diaper cover.

I can tell you right now that Tykables run smaller then you would expect. I bought a thing of the largest unicorns diapers and they are very very tight on me and I fit into most diapers that size fine

Dude… My situation is quite different than yours. I’ll spend two weeks in Orlando and during this time I will order diapers.

My native country is Brazil, where each dollar is about 4 bucks in our local currency not to mention taxes for Paypal use.

Thanks! That is helpful.

Well… Normally I was set to go with Abenas L4 but this trip I am doing to Orlando is quite special to me… I’ve been dreaming with it since I was a literal toddler, and the ABDL centered diapers do help with the fantasy.

Are you sure? L seems to fit fine enough, technically, I will have 10" spare inches!

I am a little concerned that a bigger size might be too big!

This could be a great incentive and motivation to lose some weight and live a healthier life style.

I think of time is factor and samples are out I would go with the Crinklz since they would have a size range that fit. Also they are way cheaper. I have some friends that rant about tykables not having larger sizes. If you have a 58 inch waist I would opt for X- large since it’s got more room for adjustment. I wear the medium’s every night and I would say they are fantastic.

Large, 43 - 59 in.

X-Large, 51 - 66 in

Well… Yeah, I doubt I will lost measures in time to my trip.

Thanks! I’ll be ordering L sized crinklz!

Get a few samples from wearingclouds. This will let you try a few different brands and sizes.

Once again, I do appreciate the suggestion… However, I don’t think this will be of much help during my trip.
