First off, I’m a twitch steamer (I play mtg arena), but I like to play with friends especially in quarantine. We use DISCORD to hang out and talk about magic while playing. The question is: do I need to tell my friends that I’m wearing a nappy while we stream? I don’t know how they’d take it no one knows I do this. Most of them are pretty accepting but it’s always a risk and I don’t want them to find out in some other way and have to explain it.

If they are a group on online friends I would say no.
If they are your IRL friends then that depends. Only you know them and how they might/would react to the news.
As far as streaming, just be sure to not stand up while you’re diapered and the camera is still on, lol.
Why would you need to tell them that your wearing?
No reason to. Also you’re live who knows who could be watching or who could watch your vods.
I wouldn’t mention it at all and wear something under your clothes to muffle the sound some. Though I doubt they’d know it was a diaper
