Ok so when you can not be in a diaper, whats your underwear choice. I’m a tightey whiteys guy. I’m always looking for the thickest/softest pair I can find. I use to be a BVD guy, but they don’t well them in stores any more. Lately, I’ve been using the BJ’s brand briefs. They are actually quite nice. Thick and super soft. I think they help me get back to my little space. Which in my case was when I just entering puberty and wetting my pants and briefs. Maybe fantisizing about diapers, but no real hope of getting any. I have tried the other big boy pants, but boxers don’t seem to provide any support for the boys, and boxer briefs tend to roll up my thighs. I will probably be in tightey whiteys forever.
When I wore undies I always wore my tried and true Fruit of the Loom tighty whities. Tried boxers but everything wobbled to and fro. Boxer briefs were no fun either. Now that I wear diapers for incontinence I feel just right. All my junk is tethered up in a diaper and I’m literally “good to go”.

yeah, I would much prefer to be in a diaper all the time. Unfortunately diapers would be incompatible with my job. ;-(. Sometimes I do wear a couple of pair of briefs to have a little thickness. But most of the time just the tighy whiteys.

I should be used to it now, apart from a daytime dry period of around 8 years (but still wet at night) i’ve been incontinent all my life. and i wasn’t having a dig when I said some of us don.t have a choice. there are days i would give my left arm to wake up in a pair of normal jockeys (that;s tighty whities to you)

O I am a briefs guy no doubt about it. Have hundreds of pairs. I only wear diapers a few days a week. When not diapered it’s in briefs. guys look so much better in them.

I switched from men’s underwear to panties 6 years ago because I could never find something comfortable. Panties for whatever reason were so much more comfortable for me. I mean yeah there is the kink factor there but they’ve become a practical good for me in the various varieties. Plus they are cute.

I kind of like hands. I definitely bought more then a few, but there seems to be something in the waistband that I react to like once a month when I’m wearing them. When I do get that reaction, I get hive like welts along where the waistband touches me. Unfortunately, it happened frequently enough that needed to make a switch. that’s when I moved to the Bjs brand. I’ve been quite happy with them.

I have to say I haven’t tried the Berkeley Jensen from bjs yet, I will put on my shopping list.
I wear the Reeboks Sports Boxer Briefs. They’re not cotton so it dries quicker when you’re working out and breathes better.

I LOVE Panties when not in Diapers, but I also like guy’s briefs in general.
Tighty whities all the way. I’ve been wearing them my entire life, so there is a bit of a connection to childhood/littleness, but I just prefer the way they look and the way they feel. Boxers are uncomfortable, I wore them once in middle school and then never again.
I kind of like the bizarre reputation tighty whities have as “dorky” underwear; I’ve been teased for them from when I used to change in my high school locker room to when I’ve undressed in front of partners and it just makes me smirk. I’ve always loved to dress weird in tacky or attention-grabbing clothing, and to get a more incredulous reaction from my normal underwear than, say, the ugliest Hawaiian shirts you’ve ever seen is supremely amusing to me.
(Also, before I started AB/DL, I used to “go” in my pants and still occasionally do, and obviously briefs are better constructed for that function than boxers.)

I am a tighty-whities person, too. I like the feel of briefs and the support they provide. I wear them relatively snug. I’ve worn several different brands over the years, but still like J C Penney brand, Jockey y-fronts, and several other brands.

I have a Fox print pocket diaper … the closest thing to underwear that I have. I use that diaper if I only need protection for less than 90 minutes and I do not want to waste a pull-up.
If I attempted to use normal underwear, I’d most likely have wet spots on my pants relatively quickly as my bladder leaks and frequently voids .
