Only once. It was like ten years ago. I found this place where you ordered on the phone and the delivered to your house. I specifically said diapers with tabs. I got them and they were pull on. I called them a said I cand wear pull on because they never fit right. She said if none of the package were open I could return them. So I did.
I assume youm meant parentgiving.com. If so, I’ve been purchasing from parentgiving for over 3 years with never an issue. I suggest you contact them and ask to have them correct the error. They normally get high ratings for customer service.
