The Diaper of my Dreams

Hey Guys i used the search funktion, but i did not

find anything like what i plan to do here so if there is a file allready discusting this im sorry.

Also sorry for my gramar, english is not my first language, but ill try my best.

So what is this about:

There are a Lot of amazing diapers out there for ABDL but i havent seen the perfect one for me

just now, even the Crinklz that i love are not 100% perfect.

the Point is, i like the design of modern babydiapers like the Pampers.

I wish to feel like a baby/small child wile wearing my diaper.

I recently looked up a lot of ABDL diapers and to me all of them look nice

but the most Babyish look compared to a modern Babydiaper has the ABU Kiddo diaper.

I also love the 2 Tape System because it makes them even more Babyish.

Also i would wanna have them in CF because its also closer to modern BD’s

And for the Tapes i would wish a Hook and Loop System.

Also this would be a cruisers type of Daytime diaper

so it could be thin and would not need to be ultimate thirsty

1500ml would be enough i gues?

So my Dream Diaper would be a

ABU Kiddo (or simular design) as a CF variant

with 2 Hook and Loop Tapes.

Cut for exploring and adventureing…

What do you guys think? Sounds good or bad?

What would your Dream Diaper look like?

I’m a huge fan of the kiddo diapers, have 3 unopened cases in the closet and a stack of them on my shelf, I prefer to wear them during the day and usually go throw about 3 a day, I love them, the plastic is soft, the diaper’s cut fits me perfectly, no gaps or leaks ever, and the print is very childish.

I would think that the same diaper chassis with a single flex tapes on each side would be awesome.

I realy wanna have some of those, but its difficult to get them at the moment in germany.

I even contacted the ABU Amazon seller and asked…

well maybe my dream diaper will come true some day and ABU is selling them in Germany for

a affordable price too

I love vintage-style diapers, but I’d also love to see some modern ones.

ABU has a lot of diapers that are close, but they aren’t quite right:

Kiddos look good, but they are plastic backed and use adhesive tapes
PreSchools come in a cloth-backed variety, but they also use adhesive tapes
BunnyHopps and DinoRawrZ use hook-and-loop tapes, but they are plastic backed
Like you said, they need to make a cloth-like Kiddo with hook-and-loop. Hopefully, there will be a greater demand for a diaper like this now that babies from the 2000s are becoming adults.

Damn, they’re coming! Makes me feel old, being born in '87. I only wear plastic backed diapers and if the market in the future starts to sell pretty much only cloth backed, us older people are going to be really unhappy

If you’re feeling old, kiddo, what should I old fart say? When you were just born, I already sneaked white plastic backed toddler diapers and established the basis of my current preference for BetterDrys.

Unless plastic is outlawed, I don’t see plastic diapers disappearing any time soon; they are better at preventing leaks.

i dont belive so,

younger ABDL will still see the pros of a Plastic backed.

Also some may want that old style expirience

I’m just talking about the snow transition from most ABDL diapers being plastic backed to cloth backed. Atm they’re plastic because babies born in '93 and before that were put in plastic backed diapers, so that’s what we crave. Babies born around '99 and after are all going to want cloth backed ABDL diapers. But I appreciate your rant lol

im born in 1988, but still i would wish for a Adult modern pamperslike dieaper ^^

Its just this cruisers just look like a perfekt daytime diaper in witch u can move around like nothing

and still it looks like its more absorbant than any pull up.

But i like plastic backed as well. Maybe because i was clean very soon (with 18 mounth or so because of

some wierd Diaper allergy, or at least thats what i was told) so i didn’t enjoy Diapers for very long as a kid

You should try Seni diapers. Not ABDL, but the cloth like backing and the fit is much closer to modern baby diapers. The Seni Super Quattro and Super Plus have been my go to disposables for several years now and they don’t cost an arm and a leg.

I just hope that plastic-backed diapers including the sticky tape design found in most of them doesn’t go away anytime soon. I also hope that some of the ABDL companies make new diapers that still have sticky tapes, but with new prints.

The truth is, the future of plastic ABDL diapers will largely depend (har har) on the manufacturers of medical diapers. If all medical diapers become cloth-backed, then producing plastic diapers for the ABDL market might become cost prohibitive.

I’m not worried though. If cloth-backed adult diapers could fully replace plastic ones, it would have happened already. Clearly, it hasn’t.

I would love some adult size pampers cruisers in size 18 lol I’m a 32 in waist even if it was only a 10 pack

I’ve said it before, but I really want some AB/DL pull-ups or hook-and-loop tab diapers in pastel blue. I vividly remember wearing Blue’s Clues pull-ups around age 4, and I’d really love to recreate that experience.

If I designed an ABDL diaper it would be like this.

Plastic Cover— identical to Dry24/7(buttery smooth)

Absorbancy tech—Northshore Megamax(thin but swells)-----SEE NOTE/PICTURE

Landing Zone/Tapes—Crinklz or ANY other high quality tape system(no hook/loop)

Double leg gatherers—most inner one would be shorter

Fit style— similar to Crinklz(just a bit of stretch)

Print? 3 options---- all over, front panel only or just plain white

*****Regarding the distribution of padding/sapp. Historically you used to have it all the way out to the wings, which made for a much better fit. Now, it’s all down the center, so once wetness jumps those leakguards…especially at the front or back of the diaper, it’s gonna leak.

Crudely drawn example.

Many manufactures tried doing that already, that was the hype about 10 years ago, many switched back to plastic due to a sales slump and complaints.

Even pampers (proctor and gamble) once went 100% cloth backed and switched back to there hybrid cover (cruisers and baby dry) yes you can pear the outside most sheet and you’ll have a plastic diaper cover underneath (thinner then the old style, but none the less still plastic)

i think a Cloth backed Dieaper can’t absorb as much as a Plastik packed and stay thin at the same time.

So a Cloth Backed will never be more than a daytime alternative. But to be honest, i love the crinklz as a nightime Diaper,

i dont believe i will ever need another for night time ^^

But for the day i would like to wear Diapers too, but not as obvious as a Crinklz, because its very thick even when dry

i feel its very noisy and i always fear the Tapes could pop off.

That is why i would love my Diaper design.

I Just thought about two nice editions:

The first would be Stretchy wings like the Pampers have them. Would help for a perfect snug fit and would

help to make the diaper secure when moving in it a lot.

The second thing is more experimental, i would like to test this 3 channel thing that all modern Pampers have.

Maybe that is a good edition to keep the Diaper from leaking wile moving.

But maybe it feels not good when getting soaked, well its worth a try ^^

What do you guys think?

Hey i changed my Chrome to correct my english a bit, hope it helps.
