Hey everyone! I was just curious to see what everyone liked. A lot of people got mad at me for hating Crinklz tapes (sorry y’all but I got a bad batch). So I was wondering, what is everyone’s favorite tape style?
Landing zones seem to be the clear winner so far. Which is ironic in my opinion

I voted for landing zone. For me, it has nothing to do with tape performance—I just like that crinkly landing zone! 
I would say hook and loop is 2nd for convenience. I’ve never tried Crinklz, but I’m assuming they use adhesive tapes without a landing zone? I’ve had bad luck using those types in the past, so those go in 3rd.

I love the crinkle too! It’s fun :smiling_face_with_3_hearts:. Yeah Crinklz don’t have a landing zone so they rip a huge hole in the shell when you’re taking them off and it makes it impossible to secure the roll when you throw it out! I had a couple of duds too where the white tapes wouldn’t stick worth a d@mn. It suuuuuucked. I love Crinklz still but the tapes are hit and miss for me personally. I’ve only tried one hook and loop but I liked it alot

Honestly I’ve never had good luck with landing zone tapes. Maybe it’s a body shape kinda deal. I personally like 2nd chance style tapes because before the original bambinos came out, it was only medical type diapers that had those kinda tapes. I feel like I have more practice with those.
And not to contradict OP, but Crinklz tapes work really really good for me. The plastic backsheet stretches just enough to allow the tape to get a snug fit without having them snap. I can’t ever recall a moment when I had to use the emergency tapes.

I voted for landing zone because that’s what all my current go to diapers have( megamax, foresite and cloudee) but I also really like the hook and loop tabs on a plastic backed diaper like tykables, bambino ultrastretch and rearz barnyard have and would not be upset if that became the prevalent style. I don’t care for the second chance tapes though I wear many diapers that have them they seem to want to come loose and they don’t fit well if you have to take the diaper off and put it back on for whatever reason. I wouldn’t stop buying any of my normal diapers that use that setup because I do like them despite not being crazy about the tapes… Maybe I should have voted not picky since I buy all styles!
