Sitting ergonomically while padded

Has anyone else trouble sitting at a desk ergonomically while padded? The added bulk kinda lifts me up slightly and puts me in a “unfamiliar/unnatural” position. Is there a way to take account for the added bulk and sit ergonomically, without your shoulders/back murdering you?

This is something that has started affecting me as of late.

It will be sad if I have to give up on diapers altogether, as sitting upright at my desk is the only way I can enjoy them. Sitting on a couch or laying down on a bed always results in a leak

I tend to wear thicker diapers at home, so I sit a little bow-legged to be comfortable. But that seems to fatigue my hips a little too?

I’ve had trouble with my calfs while sitting down before. The solution I’ve found is to adjust your chair, so that you don’t have to support yourself with your legs, keeping them just relaxed. Not sure if that applies to hips though

You need to get an office chair with an adjustable lumbar support that can be raised or lowered, this should solve the problem. the other thing to remember is if you sit for long periods then get up and walk around for about 5 mins every couple of hours.

Today I discovered a better taping method that instantly improved everything. My diaper sits more snug and I can move my legs freely, making it easy to shift myself while sitting at my desk. I’ve previously diapered myself with my legs slightly closed, which isn’t ideal. Having my legs wide open is what I should’ve been doing all along.

I’ve only worn diapers for a couple of years and I’m still learning. Also I ordered plastic pants to see if those help with leaks
