Back in June I had a bladder scan to see if I was retaining urine. My pre-void volume was >263 ml and my post void was 132 ml. Now, if I’m not diapered or close to a bathroom 20-30 minutes after I pee, I will have a problem. Is this part of retention? Should I bring this up with my doctor? My urologist said my numbers were “not terrible”.

Yes, see a doctor. It could be a sign of an infection or blockage of some kind.
