PUL bloomer?

I was hoping someone made a PUL bloomer but can’t find any. If anyone knows of one, please tell me where. If I can’t have that, then what’s the quietest bloomer? In general, what’s the quietest material besides PUL?

I got creative and bought an adult rhumba ruffle panty and matched a large sized PUL panty and sewed them together…its was a nice shiny white satiny panty and lace ruffles with a white pul diaper cover.
