What kind of small things tend to get you irritated? For example..
People who leave their dirty dishes in the sink for several days.

People farting in public and thinking it’s funny that you have to smell their shitty odours.
Ohh where to start… my #1 would have to be slow drivers.
Do you know what burns my ass?
A flame waist high.
(Joke, laugh at it )
Similar to the dirty dishes one but more general: people that don’t clean up after themselves. Thats my biggest one
There was a Dear Abby article where a woman was complaining that a house member wouldn’t close the refrigerator door. What’s wrong with people! For me it’s slow and bad drivers. Car directional signals have been around before the 50s so why are they such a mystery to half the drivers on the road?
My biggest pet peeve is I work my $%# off everyday to clean up the store to make it look presentable for my supervisor and the other supervisors and the costumers just don’t give a &^%* how clean it looks. It’s like why bother
So do you mean people driving under the speed limit? I can see how that would be irritating.
Yes, specifically, those who drive 10mph over in urban areas, and 10mph or more under on the open round
… the 40mph everywhere driver.
I get irritated when drivers tailgate, don’t use turn signals, drive under the speed limit or speed like it’s the Indy 500.
Idiots who go on the inside of a semi when they’re turning and the turn signal is clearly on
any cyclist who don’t use the dedicated path when there is one or rides down very busy 70mph dual carriage ways in rush hour
British news formats that keep bleating on about the American election ( we’ve got our own troubles here so don’t need to keep being told about Biden and Trumpet face )
I hate HATE hate when people are late, lol like consistently. I understand being late once or twice, life happens. But If I can predict your reliability
thats a problem. My mom is the worst she thinks going 80 to not be late is normal ON A MAIN ROAD!
No, just be an adult and give yourself enough time to be there/get ready its honestly RIDICULOUS, esp if you have other people relying on you.
Thats why I usually rely on my partner, also am getting my license now (which is going great btw now that I am on meds *people who know me will know what I am talking about LOL use to be scared to death of driving)
Also nasty people, like if you have running water and money to buy soap. Why do you not take showers fucking nisty.
Or people who dont clean and just leave there food out. I am the cleaner in the house and my partner thinks I nag him to much BUT BOI if I have to pick up your shoes one more time (they are steel fronted and I stubbed my toe) ILL SCREAMMM
Hes not a dirty person tho LOL just thats another pet peeve
Dare I also add incorrect loading of the dishwasher ![]()
The older I get, the more I detest people who litter. Especially nowadays, when there are so many masks and latex gloves lying around everywhere.
Don’t get me wrong, I’ve tossed my share of cigarette butts in my time, but I try not to anymore.
I remember the Native American Indian in the '70s who did the pick up America commercial with a tear in his eye. That’s why I never litter.
Brace yourself:
Container full of incontinence pads washes ashore in Devon
People are being asked to help out by doing a two-minute beach clean in the area.
Second huge shipping container full of nappies washes up on beach
This time it came ashore at Aberavon Beach in Port Talbot
Ohh, a double slap!!!
Haven’t you heard? Turn signals are optional equipment on Mercedes-Benzes, BMWs, Hondas and Subarus. They put the lights on the cars’ corners but they leave out the bulbs and the control stalk. Guess they’re bloody expensive… ![]()
For me: the notion of no good deed going unpunished. If someone does something to help you (third-person) along, thank them. We are not entitled by virtue of existence to good deeds, so if you get blessed by one, consider the source…and thank them! ![]()
People who interrupt during presentations, or who interrupt a conversation with something totally random. While I understand social cues can be hard for some people (I have Autism), it still feels like us “grown ups” (18+ years old) ought to know better.
People who chew with their mouth open >_<;
Ohhhh yes that gets me too… including those who talk with a mouth full.
