Has anyone ever tried overnight pull ons before? If you have what brand was it and did you like them.
Tranquility are not made for males, and leak very badly when I was laying down ( even standing they tended to leak ) …
CVS Overnight do not have real leg guards and have a 100% leak rate when I tried them …
No adult pull ups are really designed for overnight use and very few are designed with men in mind. Use a full nappy
ID Pants Maxi are the only ones that seem to have worked for me consistently overnight but even these weren’t immune from leaking from time to time.
That and the old unisex DryNites 10-15.
Daytime you can add Tena Pants Maxi, Aldi Sana Pants and Abena L3 pants to that list but they will only take one full wetting or several smaller wettings.
A proper nappy overnight is your best bet really

I tried tranquility nighttime underwear and abena M3 underwear and they couldn’t handle the volume. Ended up soaking my bedding and peed on my wife. She wasn’t too happy about the pull-ups. So no more pullups at night. I also tried Northshore GoSupreme pull-ups but I didn’t wet them those 2 nights during the trial package, so I couldn’t tell you if they were good. FYI, I am a side sleeper and because of a ridiculously shy bladder, my bladder capacity is more than a liter.
