I would like to order something from Northshore care off of Amazon, but I do not want to receive ads in the mail about adult diapers. I do live with other people who don’t know about me and my diapers, and I would much rather like it if Northshore Care didn’t expose me by sending ‘hints’ in the mail that someone in the house has a wetting problem…
I’ve ordered directly from Northshore and do no receive any advertising or reminders via mail from them. All communication and reminders are via email.
They will send you a bunch of emails though.
Okay, and since I ordered from amazon, the packaging they come in will be covered and discrete just like something from Rearz, Tyakables, or ABU?
I trust ABU and Tykables because they say that through their ordering and deliver process that they are as discrete as possible to avoid any issues with clients and others who may see what their clients are getting. Since NorthShoreCare is a medical place that is more for towards the incontinent, I don’t know if their policy is the same as ABU.
My order of Molicare’s was delivered in a Molicare cardboard box from Amazon. It had pictures of diapers on it.
That was the only time it ever happened. I’m never afraid of ordering from amazon.
Well, the package I got is a 10 pack, so I am only assuming that they would have to put it in a cardboard box. If that is gonna be a plain cardboard box or a Northshore Care brand box, I hope it’s the former and not the ladder. It arrives tomorrow, so I will let you know if I get it without issue, or if I have to make up some stupid story about Amazon mixing up the product with someone else to my roommates.
I wish that was a possible excuse, but I don’t think they would fall for that.
I have ordered directly from Northshore and had it delivered to a FedEx pickup location, being a local Walgreens for me. It has always been in a plain brown box, both when ordering by bag or case. I don’t get any mail. I did get email, but was opted in for their newsletter and promotions. I eventually opted out and stopped getting emails. They are a great company imo.
Must not have been fulfilled by NorthShore. We never ship out Molicare boxes…and stopped selling Molicare some months ago.
Depends on the item. Some will come straight from Amazon in Amazon box and some will come from NorthShore in plain brown box.
If you order on Amazon, but it ships directly from our warehouse, Amazon requires our full name of NorthShore Care Supply on the shipping label.
If you order of NorthShore.com then the shipping label says NorthShore/Samela, Inc.
Over the many years I have been using Northshrore, they have been the best at keeping things private. They only send emails to you if you opt in for them, they have never sent anything via Post Office Mail unlike HDIS and some others. Personally you can’t go wrong if you order directly from Northshore. They have always taken good care of me and made sure I got what I needed.
Thanks NorthShroeAdam for such a great place for getting needed supplies.
The only company that has ever mailed me a catalog is age comfort, and thats a non issue as they cover a lot of medical products not just diapers, I would recommend using your browser in private mode or 1 passwords browser so you do not get adds popping up when your on Cnn or fox with the latest deal northshore (Thanks google for targeted ads
)
