If you need items made in a custom size recommend Privatina - they make the best quality adult baby clothing I have ever had the pleasure of purchasing and it is all custom made to size. Yes, it is very expensive but it really does make high end clothing which is incomparable to most other AB wear. They do have sales from time to time as well if the cost is prohibitive to you.

If they’re not what you’re looking for then my other advice would be to try and find a company who offer handmade cloth diaper covers (even if for babies) and ask if they can custom make an item in your size and therefore can make you a 4XL size diaper. Obviously if the company is not ABDL aware you may have to feign incontinence and for who a very babyish print, but you could at least get a good fit. Otherwise perhaps look for smaller ABDL companies who make custom, handmade clothes and see if they may be able to make you a cloth diaper in your size, places like Etsy May also have sellers who sell handmade diapers. You will probably have more luck doing that than looking on the bigger ABDL sites which sell large batches of factory made clothes.
