I got a sample pack of the north shore supremes briefs today. I previously bought the large ones and then I requested sample packs and they sent me large and medium (I wanted samples because the large seemed to big). Anyways, I tried on the medium and it’s really small. Are the difference in sizes usually this dramatic? I’ve only ever bought cvs brand and north shore both larges this is the first mediums I’ve tried. What other brands that ship in discreet packaging (possibly if you know they ship to locations like a FedEx center like these ones did) that are also not crazy expensive are good? I like tab style and plan on using them 
I’d suggest the MegaMax medium. It’s in between the Supreme Medium and Large. It is pricier but should cut down on number of changes which makes it a good value.

I have a auto order for these and never had a problem maybe one leak but I use them day and night and their quiet and I think that they are the best I am wearing one right now with a couple of booster pads I know that it will last until noon tomorrow
Didn’t care for supreme,megamax is the one to go with.
