How do they compare? Long time m4 wearer looking for a change.
I think Molicare are better for flooding, they distribute/wick wettings better. They are super comfy. When fastened right they hardly leak until maxed out. I love the colour as I am into medical nappies and they have a slight crinkle. I like them a lot.
M4’s are okay, they don’t wick as good as Molicare and have leaked on me at quarter capacity, The L4 is thicker and slightly larger than Molicare Large so I imagine the M4 will run larger, I like the fit but not my favourite nappy.
If you want to be blown away get Betterdry, They are everything you need in a nappy.

I am a huge fan of Betterdry. They are often a bit overkill for me though.
I wear/use Tena slip active fit - plus during the day, these are a plastic backed all-in-one nappy and very thin and discreet. I use betterdrys when at home and need more security.

I use the Molicare Super Maxi overnight, they take a lot
I like Molicares.
I recently tried Forma-Care Comfort supers and these are now my favourite nappy. These are amazing.
To preface, I’m a DL that likes to wear, not wet.
I’m a long time M4 user as well. I tried some Molicare super plus in the past, when they were purple; I liked them, but stuck with the M4s. I recently got a pack of Molicare Slip maxi (now blue), and I really like them. Though, it is mostly a preference of how they feel, the plastic is smoother and softer than the M4, and I think the Molicare hold up a bit better.
