I am a DL girl. Since I was a teen I never wore pads. As a young woman, I still hate pads… I use them not for their intended purposes but for stuffing. I love diapers yet fret wearing a pad anytime? I can sleep in diapers… But not pads… Am I weird? Lol.
I may not have any experience as a female. But I think it could be the association of a period when you only wear pads to sleep. Rather than when using them as diaper stuffing.
I only wear pads now to stuff a diaper if I run out of my bigger stuffers.
