hello! does anyone notice that they only have accidents during the day, but not during the night?
No, I’m totally IC. That means both day and nite, I have little to no knowledge of wetting or needing to go #2. I have no controll over going just like many others like mysel.
Yes. Makes me think I have more control than I think I do.
Yes and no, I only leak overflow at night but when I get up it gushes out through the slit they cut in the sphincter.

My incontinence occurs only during the day. At night, I don’t sleep in a diaper, but shortly after getting up I have to put one on. I have urge incontinence, and mostly the spasms occur in the afternoon and evening. I could almost get away with just putting on a diaper at noon, but not quite - maybe once a month I’ll have an accident in the morning, but that is too often to take the risk of not wearing a diaper.
I started the other way: Bedwetting then daywetting (fulltime wetting)
