It would be so much easier to have a kik friendly friend that could sew. I’d pay what ever they wanted to get cute baby clothes… for some reason most online a geared to baby girls…

You can order something like that from Taoboa China if you’re able to translate the website into English.
Yeah I did a google translate to search… they just make them for babies…![]()
I did find this on AliExpress just wish it was more of an infant print…
Ever thought about learning to sew?
Some good sewing machines can be found at thrift stores for like $30-$40. Fabric and materials are rather inexpensive. There are tons of books and online resources to teach you. Even some hobby stores have cheap classes to get you going in the right direction.
You won’t be making your favorite outfit overnight but if you have the patience and are looking for a new hobby anyway, learning to sew might be well worth it.
Perhaps the task doesn’t interest you. But you could probably be making your dream outfits after a years worth of practice, and for very cheap!
I wish I paid more attention in sewing class in 8th grade ![]()

Understood.
In 8th grade I let a girl do my sewing project of a throw pillow if I could hit her golf balls in gym class. She got me like a B+ but unfortunately for her, gym class grades were based solely on participation.
That sucks! But yeah, I had a similar school project of picking out a fun pillow and making it from scratch.
Yeah I have I have no sewing skills… I’d rather pay someone willing to create something amazing. Vs me spend years leaning something I can not do..
I learned to sew by myself. Not that hard. As long as you dont want to make professional looking dresses or suits, it is easy to pick up with good results.
Im doing a lot of plushies lately just to learn the technic.
Onesies, shirts and pants for leissur is doable. And there are sewing patterns for everything.
My trouble with sewing isn’t that I can’t do the sewing bit, it’s that I don’t get what parts of myself I need to measure to get it all to fit right. LOL
I tried to figure out how to make doll clothes and couldn’t get my mind around it at the time.
I sew a lot and although it is cheaper than having things custom made by a seamstress on one of those websites please keep in mind that quality supplies like a sewing machine (mine was $600 but I sew quite a bit), materials that are comfortable (broadcloth is cheap but your wearing basically a bed sheet without any stretch), zippers, buttons and if your so inclined patches. It can add up.
I made a dress recently and it was about $60 for stretch material and such. Granted to have it professionally made it probably would have been closer to $150. But just so people don’t get the idea that you can make a wearable outfit for like $15.
Oh yes. All the little bits and bobs can add up quick. Especially patches. The really large ones can be $$$.
I sew, and have a great viking 875Q…
my biggest input will be that when looking for things like buttons/snaps/gromets get large packs to save money…adds up
Oh, you can, if you know where to buy
But yeah, most outfits will cost a lot more in raw materials than people realize. It can still be worth it, especially when it comes to niche stuff like Little clothes. I got lucky when I found a fabric market from the Netherlands, they tour Germany and sell kid’s jerseys at an insanely low price. So if you can find something like that, it can save you a lot of money in material. (I tend to stock up on way too much fabric when that market comes around)
Side note: Is anyone else bothered by the phrasing “I wish I had a friend who could sew”? Maybe I am too cynical, but I’ve had too many “friends” who expected me to sew for free or for a much lower price than a “professional” would ask. I sincerely hope OP is not like that.
That’s not what I meant by a “friend” I would never expect one of my friends to do anything for free… in fact I would probably over pay them to get exactly what my ideas was… By friend I was referring to an individual I could trust with my secret. Not sure what kind of company you keep but might need to re-evaluate the people close to you…
A lot of artists have to watch out for people trying to be their friends…who then only want free art. It’s a much more common thing than you’d think. ![]()
I’m glad you think that way, but your wording reminded me of those. My close friends aren’t like that either, but a lot of the time people will find out that I can sew and then try to befriend me to then have me make them stuff for cheap “because we’re friends, aren’t we?” (I resent the accusation that this is my fault, by the way.)
Anyways, I know someone here in Germany who does custom ABDL clothes, but depending on where you are that might come with a hefty postage fee. But if you are interested, I can give you the link to her website and help with translation (I don’t know if she speaks English)
If you need something custom made try contacting Debbie from ForeverAbaby on Etsy and see if she is willing to make what your interested in.
