Last night my girlfriend and I were home watching tv and relaxing, I was just in a diaper, t-shirt and sweat pants, we were on the couch sharing a blanket when she suddenly started tickling me, so I jumped / flinched away since I’m highly allergic to tickling, like instant uncontrollable laughing, especially when tickled on my sides or the top of my knee’s, we since her legs were across my lap she had full access to my sides and belly, more or less she wouldn’t let up and kept at it, the inevitable happened, I ended up wetting my diaper, that didn’t stop her and she kept going till I was laughing so much that I was out of breath my stomach was hurting. She then announced that I needed a new diaper but it took me about an hour before I could trust her to be near me to change me, I made her verbally commit to a non - tickle contract for the rest of the night.
If the ‘2 year old’ giggles while I’m changing him, he sometimes uncontrollably pees on me 
I think I also pee sometimes while laughing, but I’m not able to feel bladder leaks .
