i just spent the last 7 minutes wiping my bedroom floor because i just had the absolute worst leaks of my life.. in a rearz safari! the damn thing sprung its first leak on the second wetting and it wasn’t even a big wetting. to give some perspective, even depends could survive that one. it was a tiny but noticeable leak so i decided to carefully redo the tapes just in case. a while later i had to wet myself again but got out of bed to do it just to be safe in case the damn thing leaks again which it did. it wasn’t a huge leak but it was still a leak so i once again redid the tapes and made sure the diaper was taped as tight as it could get. i went back to bed, wet myself again without any leaks and finally got to sleep.
when i woke up i had to go pee again and obviously used my diaper which was still far from reaching its capacity. i decided to get out of bed and do it standing up just in case it leaks again. well, i gave it a nice flood, it didn’t leak, but something felt weird. i then had to let out some morning farts and they all made a sloshing sound as if i farted under water. i stood still for a few moments and then i had a waterfall of pee pouring out of my diaper with the first movement of my leg. i couldn’t believe that crap! i stepped back and another waterfall of pee rushed down the other side. the damn safari didn’t absorb!!!
how the hell did this happen? i know safaris, they can take floods and won’t leak easily even when taped a little loose. this one, however, let me down completely. i noticed the front waistband peeled off of the plastic and the bottom right tape totally stretched out the plastic around it but it was somehow still held on tight. maybe there were also some issues inside the padding but i haven’t noticed anything unusual. could it be possible i just had a bad apple in my stash? i never had a rearz diaper let me down so hard
