Hypnossis, whats your thoughts?

I have had a few times where I looked to hypnosis to try and wet easyer since I have shy bladder. But I often believe because my ADD holds me back I tend to have a hard time getting into trance. I actually had one I tried called diaper magic which was 40 or so minutes long. Maybe it was his voice but he wasn’t putting me into a trance anytime soon. On a side note some of the things said was hilarious since I wasn’t actually in trance I felt like I was supposed to be inception with all the times I was supposed to go deeper.

But whats your thoughts on hypnosis and any tips on what may help get into it.

I have listened to a few with no results.

on another note, they generally put me in a deep sleep.

I listens to one which made you like a child but I was like one anyway… it was nice though, I also listened to one who made you “like a proper child who is still in diapers” but I would of been scared to let it do its work as the thought of losing control completely scares me a little.

most hypnosis files are rubbish but there are some genuine ones. But that doesnt mean they will necessarily work. But there are some testimonials of people who have been able to restart genuine bedwetting by using them. REsults will always depend on the compliance and repetition of the user.

which may mean that they ARE working but more repetition may be needed to acheive the desired results.

I think though since you need to listen to them on repeat, they lose their potency since you can predict what they say after listening to it 5x plus na should get bored during the recording.

I have had success with the old DPF Magic Tape, but it did take a lot of repetition to get the initial result. From then on it has been fantastic.

Obviously the hypnosis tape hasn’t made me genuinely lose control of my bladder and bowels - all the nerve connections that babies don’t have are still there, you can’t reverse that using hypnosis - but it has at least made it feel like I don’t have any control. It also makes me feel very small.

I guess practise makes perfect and more often than not, it’s when you most feel relaxed, once you are relaxed about wetting and are confident in your diapers ability to absorb pee, you don’t think twice about wetting.

I’d say alot of hypnosis files aimed at us is really just role playing. And we already know how to do that. Nothing can persuade you to do something you don’t want to do. Good hypnosis will set you on a path, you need to do the rest.

I use hypnosis every night for 5 years. Not one night was missed. But you gotta remember to play along and that you are the one in control. Eventually you play along so much it becomes habit. With habit comes reality.

That’s the secret. Also avoid the TTS or wet instantly subliminal tracks

Some hypnosis files are extremely relaxing and just put me into a lovely (Little) head space; they’re not magical but I think I get the desired affect.

Hypnosis is real.

But the results one may get from a CD or other means to become a baby, bedwetter, or diaper dependent differ, I think significantly in how they are received and the quality of the hypnosis given.

I have seen people truly hypnotized and doing things that can’t be explained other than they were in a hypnotic state, but this was in an in-person hypnosis setting.

I have tried ABDL types of hypnosis CD’s and actually experience a wide difference of success and failures. I have seen the effectiveness of some of these and experienced the loss of control on a few occasions, that I can only attribute to the CD and the suggestions that were there. But on other times, the CD’s have been like a 4th of July firework that fails to explode and just be a dud.

I haven’t really got a good explanation for why at times I have experienced what I think is a real hypnotic reaction and other times not. Perhaps it was all in the mind. LOL :yum:

In the bigger picture, I look at myself and why I tried these things, and what I hoped to accomplish, and I guess my own opinion is that if you want to experience being a baby, incontinent, or many of the things that the hypnotic products suggest, it isn’t a bad thing to use hypnotic suggestions, but at the same time… how about just being comfortable with who you are, and if you want to be this way, then just do it?

Rather than relying on someone else to tell you you don’t have control, or to wet your diaper, or act as a baby, or whatever it is that you would seek hypnosis over… just be that way. Hypnosis, as I understand it, is about suggestion. About someone getting you into a trance-like state and suggesting you do something.

Instead of relying on someone else’s suggestion, listen to your own. If you want to wear diapers, then do so because it is what you want to do. If you want to wet in them, then rely on your own desires and let things happen. Some of the most fulfilling hypnosis I have experienced is from a CD I obtained from the library about self hypnosis, and it simply helped me relax into a state where I was able to make my own suggestions and experienced temporary loss of my bladder and feeling very much like a baby.

While hypnosis is a real thing, I doubt that many of us will ever really be able to have a hypnotist understand and agree to hypnotize us to being like a baby. Recorded and unpersonalized CDs might work for some, but I think to have a real hypnosis result it is much more likely to have to come from an in-person session with a hypnotist that understands being ABDL and willing to help plant the “seeds” that our own minds and persons must grow.

I’d love to be able to be hypnotized, but at this point I’m convinced I’m one of the people for whom it is utterly impossible. My brain is too rational to accept the suggestions, and I can’t turn that part of me off.

this sissy little girl isnt sure ifs they work or not, but this sissy would LOVE to be hypnotized to spend the rest of my life in a crib

Not sure if I can be hypnotized due to my deafness.

I wish it worked for me. Then I would have a professional hypnotist hypnotize me to overcome my shy bladder. Paradoxically that would eliminate my need for diapers in the daytime.

I’ve been listening to some hypnosis tapes for various ideas (including bedwetting, but won’t go into detail here), with some degree of success. Going into trance from the tapes has not completely worked, but I do get relaxed enough to really concentrate on the suggestions the tapes make. I am having moderate success from the 3 tapes I use most, and I like the results I am achieving.

My one problem with most of the tapes is that I find the voice used on the tapes does not sound pleasant to my ears and mind; this is a personal feeling only and I do NOT mean to yap at the persons making the various files. I appreciate their content very much.

The files I use the most have written scripts available and I have kept the written files to use as well. After I have used the audio files to get started, when I feel comfortable with the content of the files, I continue to affirm the content by reading the written files on a regular basis to keep reinforcing the content of the audio files. The combination of listening to the files and reading the content often is helping me to achieve the results I want to have from the hypnosis.

I find them enjoyable. They occasionally work, but don’t expect the effects to last for very long.

I tried hypno in the ‘conventional’ fashion of laying down, closing eyes, etc…it didn’t work. One day, I started playing the hypno as one would play music as background noise…and it started working, more and more. It was fun, feeling like a toddler, how they think and act…and then wetting my diaper without a thought in the world. It was very magical. :smiling_face_with_3_hearts:
