Ive never messed a diaper before and I have mixed feelings about the idea, what is it like and where do you find enjoyment from it? Any specific things that should be known before messing a diaper for the first time?
Messing a diaper feels completely liberating as well as physically pleasant. A gentle push and then that warm swelling and heavy feeling between your legs. It’s nice to walk around with a messy diaper for a while. Personally ten to fifteen mins is enough for me and I don’t like to sit in a poopy mess.
If I have the urge and the time to mess and think that my
is pretty solid then I will. I try not to force anything and let nature take its course.
So… Take your time. Clean up is easy with solid poop and adult wipes. You can empty the poop in the WC or just wrap up and double bag your diaper. I like a quick shower afterwards.
Hope this helps, there are plenty of others here who are regular Messer’s so you should get plenty of advice.

Not really my thing but you have to try to see if you like it.
A little planning and preparation will make it easier.
Having towel, wipes and trash bag on hand is a good idea.
Once, I was due to clean the bathroom and thought « why not use my diaper to the max »
I had less guilt about the clean up.
Messing my diaper is absolute guilty pleasure of mine. I don’t do enemas, suppositories or any thing to force it, it’s gotta be all natural for me.
Majority of the time I’ll just stand and let it slide out into the seat of my diaper. Sometimes I’ll sit and lean back or get on my hands and knees or just squat down, it really depends on my mood.
Then there’s the squish. Oh God that wonderful squish. It takes messing my diaper to a whole other level. I can usually direct which way I want the mess to go in my diaper, up the front or up the back. Being a guy I get really good sensations when the mess hits up behind the boys.
There’s always the possibility of blowouts too. When you’re a messy squisher you need to be aware of the consistency of the mess. If it’s a soft or loose mess sometimes blowouts are unavoidable when squishing. If I’m planning on sitting and enjoying my messy diaper for a while I’ll put a plastic bag under a towel to catch any mess that might leak out. Disposable underpads are an option for this too.
Clean up. Well that really depends on the mess and the amount of the mess. For smaller unsquished less messy diapers I just use wipes. I use Parents Choice wipes as I find them to be a really good wipe. For larger more more squished mess I just remove the diaper in the shower then clean off using a shower wand. After proper rinsing and washing I’ll spray down the shower curtain and tub really well. After drying off I’ll spray the entire tub, walls and shower curtain with Clorox Clean Up and let it soak a few minutes then use the wand to rinse it off. Cleaning the tub and shower is so much easier when it’s a seamless tub and shower. That means there’s no grout or caulking for any residual to get stuck in and build up causing mold growth.
As others have mentioned, it can be the very essence of freedom and ‘just letting go’. I don’t do it very often, but for me, messing is a very pleasant sensation.
There’s the deeply enjoyable feeling of it pushing against my diaper and, if I am wearing underpants or jeans too, the sensation is intensified. There’s also the lovely warmth and the weight it.
I usually change fairly quickly, but if I make a mess while I am occupied doing something else, such as doing something in my workshop or the garden, I just enjoy the experience a bit longer and clean-up when it’s more convenient.
I roll-up and double-bag the diaper, use wipes and always, always shower.
I’m rare, in that how it all started for me at age 13 was with the messing. I started messing my pants after I got home from school, and it was a real turn-on for me! I would put tissues in my underware and use it as a diaper. The peeing was secondary for me. Eventually, I bought real diapers and started using them.
The bigger thing here is planning for the cleanup, as it can be a challenge, especially the first time!
If you just want the feel of a load in the caboose, try the oatmeal thing, as I am told that is about as close as you can get?
If you insist on the real deal, there are many options to get there, but first and foremost, you have to eat enough fiber and avoid any typical sit downs to get to the point where you can actually do the deed as planned.
If you have any hesitancy, there are plenty of aids on the market that will get you there, its only a matter of how quickly you choose.
In the end, it will happen, but again, be prepared for that and for the place and time, and tell us latter how it all turned out!
This was how I started as well - pooping my underwear on purpose. I discovered I liked peeing too, but I never tried to wet without pooping. I didn’t add diapers for close to 10 years after I started pooping my pants on purpose.
You and I have so much in common it’s stunning! The more I learn about the ABDL Community, the more I understand that I’m not alone, and it becomes easier for me to accept who I am.
I forgot I did the paper towel and other soft stuff thing until now, what a memory jog
I can’t recommend the paper towels tho, they are not so soft.
I used to use a bunch of Kleenex Tissues, spread out, doubled and tripled up, etc., in my under pants when I was a teenager.

It’s like going poop, but without the weird seat, bad posture and cold of the potty.
I find enjoyment in that I do not have to use the potty, and I can go as soon as my body needs to. the feeling is nice, warm n squishy.
If it is planned, cleanup is the worst part though not really bad if you ask me, if you happen to have a unscheduled accident out the finding a bathroom and avoiding people thing is the worst by far!
I recommend the first time make sure you have the time/day free, eat good and drink plenty of water, once you get to the point you are going for it, just find a comfy spot settle in and let it out (for a first time this may be the hardest part, relaxing and letting it out) try it once and you will know, if you don’t try you will never know.
If you plan to keep going I’d suggest barrier cream and powder! ? bags, you may want to double bag a poopie diaper?
If you gotta poop just poop, that’s what the diaper is for. If your scared drink some prune juice and you’ll have a real accident
This or miralax or fruit is a sure fire way.
I actually never planned to have an “accident” but after I got comfy with the idea a bit more, I can in fact be so focused on the thing that is holding my attention to and have had a real accident, of which
I have not had one in my pants since childhood.
I find this very fascinating!
In a way it’s kinda satisfying to do, you could start off by wearing a diaper while on the toilet and trying to mess. From what others have said it’s always handy to have things prepared before you do it. Like doing it where you can clean it up more easier, such as the bathroom. And make sure to eat food that makes you go
Make sure you don’t have your diaper on backwards and be prepared to clean ![]()
Messing my diaper is a great feeling and of course feeling better afterwards. Most of the time when needing to poop I have my diaper on and I don’t take it off just to use the toilet. I wouldn’t have enough time to do it so I just let it go in my diaper and my diaper is always wet anyway. I enjoy it because I have my diaper on and it’s made for wetting and messing so why not use the diaper for what it’s made for. The cleanup is not too hard usually when you use baby wipes or clean your bottom in the shower. I use the clean part of the diaper to wipe my bottom first and then the baby wipes or the shower. Then I roll up the wet and messy diaper and tape it closed with the diapers tapes then put it in a plastic bag and throw it in the garbage outside. If you have mixed feelings about messing your diaper for the first time, why not try it and see how it feels for yourself? You might enjoy it or not enjoy it. It doesn’t hurt to try. Just make sure you cleanup and change your diaper soon after messing it because you don’t want to get skin irritation or a rash.
I agree, that is what diapers are for
You talk about this so openly! Well, I don’t feel so ashamed anymore. You said it all!
(Thanks for being honest.)
I just uncontrollably poop my diaper anyway, multiple times after taking my morning diuretic medication.
