I ordered a case over a week ago with the guarantied delivery by the 18th. I have contacted Abena (I bought them through their eBay page) but have yet to get a response. My order says “you have paid but the seller still needs to ship” anyone else having this problem?
They could be having staffing issues due to the virus or their warehouse is in a mandatorily shut down area for all non essential businesses. Give it a bit more time and if you do not receive a response cancel the order with ebay and request a refund.
Unfortunately we will see more and more items no longer shipping for the next little while do to self and ordered isolation.
My girlfriend is experiencing the same issue with a different seller (non-diaper related). The item was supposed to be delivered yesterday, but according to FedEx, the package has yet to be picked up. I’m afraid this is going to be a common occurence everywhere, not just Abena.
You should definitely order off of northshore for m4’s. They have always delivered to me the next day.
