I havent tried Tena diapers. Congradualtion on the diaper and have fun. If you live alone just wet it until you dont think it can hold any more. Wetting them till they leak once is the only real way to know. Plastic pants are good for this if you have them.

MOST printed ABDL diapers are higher capacity than you’ll find in the “medical grade” types like what you’re probably trying out now.
