Two groups I’m really into right now are All Good Things (my favorite) and Citizen Soldier. AGT has great rock music if you’re looking for a loud, inspirational type of song. Citizen Soldier is one that is more for my mental health, as his songs resonate with mental health issues like depression, anxiety, and suicide. He has a really good way of bringing these conditions out in the open without any kind of filters over them, which I have found are incredibly helpful when it feels like no one else understands. It puts words to those feelings you can’t get others to understand.
