Yes LOL I thought I was alone in that weird sensation. I always got super nervous, n for me this tends to happen in public! Maybe its an anxiety thing I dunno lol

I did that too, and got nervous lol.
I started wearing loose cotton underwear between the diaper and the plastic pants to act as a sponge.

Yes, especially when I am standing and don’t have pants on. Sometimes I swear I even hear it drip from my leg to the floor, but it’s all phantom. It’s such an annoyance that I try to always have shorts on even when nobody else is around.

I get phantom leak feelings sometimes, the other feeling I get is totally weird, I can be diapered at home and not realize how much I need a change, by the time I get changed, the diaper is literally so swollen that another drop in it will break the dam, same brand diaper while out shopping or in a public situation will feel so full that I’m afraid it will leak, when I go to get changed or checked, its discovered that the diaper isnt even 1/2 way used, the mind can play some funny tricks of me.

In conclusion at least for me my brain was just used to leaks cos I tried to make baby diapers work until I was about 19 
and leaking in an unaccepting household/world was hellish oh and whilst experimenting with abdl dips from 18-21 was a bit scetch too
