Other than tail hole at the back (Never use for mess anyways)
, and looking like tapes go front to back.Would it be so wrong to try? Does wanting to try lean towards furry?
I wonder if the leg cuffs would be wide enough for a human. I would also worry about wetting it. On dogs, the tail hole normally faces up. On humans, I think it would face down (especially if lying on your back 
)

Not really. I mean… I’ve tried wearing baby diapers before, and those are definitely not meant for a grown man like me! 
I don’t see how this is any different.
You raise a good point about size of leg holes… what fits in the waist may not fit the legs.. but maybe it can? Or slight modification.
Only way to know is to try it 
even with the tail hole, can host a different tail and be used as a booster.
I have about a year ago. Nothing like what you think. They are super thin and the back of the dog diaper which is like the front for us is really thin. There really expensive! Not worth any body’s time.
I’d worry that a lot of pets would not stand for that and would have it chewed to bits all over the place in no time flat
