Do Adult Baby Pull Ups / Nappy Pants For A 32" Waist Exist?
With my physical disability Cerebral Palsy, I find it difficult/impossible to put a regular ABDL nappy on myself while attempting to enter "little space " / relax therefore wondering whether ABDL pull ups exist?
There are loads of options 
Others can fill you in better, but things like Super Undies are available in adult sizes; some such makers offer adult sizes off the shelf whilst also offering a bespoke service.
Not posting non-abdl links for obvious reasons.
But, my experience is thst such products are more form over function.

You being male I’m going to guess your hip/waist measurements aren’t all that different.
With a 32’ waist you should be able to fit into the larger sized Goodnites??
I’m sure folks here who wear/use them (I do not) will jump in to confirm/deny this but I think so.

Yes, I can confirm this. I am a 33 waist and can fit pretty comfortably into Goodnites L/XL. And they’re pretty authentic too since they were designed for kids.

I actually have worn them (a longggg time ago in a galaxy far far away, lol) but with updates, changes, ect wasn’t 100% sure.
Plus some of the (girls) designs are pretty cute too, if you happen to like that thing.
I got the impression you were asking about cloth too.
As others have said good nights do fit smaller adults. Attends also has youth/small, I don’t know about other disposable brands.
If you were looking for cloth amazon has some adult training pants in a size small.
You could also buy some fluffy fleece, a pair of underwear one size bigger and glue with liquid stitch or sew in some pading, If you can.
I’m a 32" waist and I can fit into Goodnites as well.
