ok so I have a quick question for everyone and would like your thoughts and options please when you have had a wetting accident in your diaper is there more smell or less smell with hairs down below or does it matter?
Hair holds onto the smell for sure. If you have hair and you care about the smell there are some ways to mitigate it.

Clean extra good between changes and shower regularly

Drink lots of water. You wont smell as strong when you are hydrated so drink up!

Use either plastic backed diapers or a diaper cover. Cloth backed diapers breath better and that means more smell can escape

ok so it’s better too have the hairs shaven down there then?
It is better for cleaning, but I don’t like shaving that region because I will always end up with skin irritation if I shave. You may want to invest in a trimmer instead if this ends up happening.

I keep my hair short down there just to stop the hair pulling that can sometimes happen when a leg gather grabs a long hair just right…

Is wetting a diaper, even an accident? ::p:
I’ve not noticed an increase in smell, whether I do hair removal or not. Though I freshen up straight after removing a diaper and use powder.

I’ve no idea as I’ve been shaving that area for at least 30 years. I enjoy the “clean” feeling.
