I just bought a 24 pack of these today, used a 40% off coupon and they were $9.73 out the door. That makes these diapers a bargain at $0.40 each! Finding an adult diaper with features like standing leg gathers, stretchy sides and velcro tabs for this cheap is extremely rare. The padding is thick (triple core!) for a budget diaper and it absorbs well on initial wettings as well as re-wets. The leak guards need to be pulled at before putting the diaper on, similar to Tena Slip diapers, and it appears that the leak guards are somewhat uneven in their construction. One side looks correct while the other has the elastic in the wrong part. This flaw is common across many different brand of diapers and I attribute it to the limitations of the machinery used in the manufacture of the diapers. So far, the mildly malformed leak guard hasn’t proven to be an issue. Fitment is easy and the diaper is comfortable with just the perfect amount of crinkle sound when you move about. The outside of the diaper is white with two wetness indicator lines that run the length of the diaper. I really like the stretchy sides and the velcro fasteners which stick perfectly and can be refastened without ripping the outer fabric of the diaper, which is a problem I found when using the Tena Complete +Care diapers. All in all, I would recommend these as an excellent budget diaper if you aren’t into fancy prints or designer ABDL diapers.
How do I order them I live in in UK
These were my only diaper when I could not order better diapers online. They don’t hold much so I used baby diapers as liners which helped but I always worried about leaks when wearing overnight. Can’t beat the price though.
Cvs brand is something I’ve made work for me for daytime use. Not the most terrible. I’d dare say better than depends
One problem I’ve run into is that I’m at the very bottom of the size range for these. I have a 33" waist and the velcro tabs are nearly overlapping to keep the diaper on me.
To be fair depends is a pretty low bar
I just got a pack of these. My first real adult diaper. I’m a 36” waist and needed a medium but they didn’t have any. So I got the l/xl and the tabs could over lap them. I’ll see how they work anyways lol
Boots do a similar product.

How did they work out for you? I’m a 36-38 waist and love Velcro stretch tabs. I’ve tried the Walgreens version of these and they aren’t terrible, but they do not have a large capacity.
I would get the mediums. The large were so big the wings overlapped and the capacity wasn’t the best. I wore two just for added protection; to keep the inside one tighter. I eventually used a pampers as a stiffer and got maybe two good wettings. The leak guards ripped on time when I was fluffing it. And when it got wet, all the sap just went into a pile in the bottom, none in the front.
Overall, for the price and my purposes they were ok. I used them mainly to experiment with my DL. However I wouldn’t use them again.
I have to disagree with this review. Maybe I just got a bad batch, but about a month ago, I thought I would give these a try. They are super cheap, and I do like elastic side velcro diapers.
Every single diaper I put on fell apart within 5 minutes. I tried 6 diapers in that pack and the outer layer separated from the rest of the diaper and let the sap/fluff fall out onto the floor.
I hope it was just a bad batch, but I’m going to pass on buying these in the future.
I would say you got a bad batch. Maybe I got lucky with mine. Bad consistency
In the mean time, Northshore air premiums for the bill. Nice and light, and not too expensive. Still more than the $0.40 5th gear paid!
I tried the CVS stretch when I first started wearing. They seemed okay, but I didn’t care for the stretch sides as they never felt snug enough.
I do like the Northshore AirPremium. They are better quality, cooler and fairly inexpensive.
Do Tykables Dubblers work with these? I’m thinking about whether to get the CVS diapers listed on this page later this week. Currently, I have not yet bought either product, but I’ve read that the Tykables Dubblers are a good product and I may order some of those shortly, especially if they work with this product.
They’re like very average pullups with tabs to make them tighter, I personally don’t recommend these, as they leak very easily.
