I ordered a case from diaperconn over 2 weeks ago, but haven’t received it yet. He won’t respond to emails. Anybody had any luck with receiving orders from him lately?
I last ordered from him about 6 months ago, and had a similar issue. I submitted a complaint to paypal. The next day he sent me an email indicating that it was on it’s way. It still took about 5 days to arrive.
I usually try to show patience and understanding with small business owners. (I believe he is on his own and doesn’t have a full warehouse staff like ABU, but at the same time I feel like if a person is going to be in business, they need to be able to at least give a timely response to an email from a customer who has already paid them.
Maybe if he was better at responding…
I get that sometimes there are delays outside of their control, but 2 weeks with no communication is ridiculous.

I ordered like 5 years ago and got my order … sorry but the 5 year mark may not be relevant
I love his diapers. I usually buy mine in Vegas at the Changing Times Diaper Company physical store as he stocks these. They are a great, crinkly, cute, comfortable and absorbent diaper while walking around Vegas.

Probably my favorite diaper. I wanted to order from changing times, but they now only ship packs of bear hugs. Might go to Vegas in a month…crossing my fingers.
Yes, I completely understand that one person runs the entire business, but at least respond to emails. Seems like Jeremy isn’t into the diaper business as much anymore since he hasn’t updated the design in a number of years. That being said why change your product when it’s a good one.

Great diaper terrible company I ordered 144 diapers from them three weeks and one destroyed box later only 96 arrived. Complained to PayPal escalated it for refund the next day he texted me back after I texted him several times said they were sending the rest out took another 3 1\2 weeks to get the rest
Diaper connoisseur is probably the first company that decided to make full-colored ABDL diapers, rather than the usual white diaper. Their first diaper (Amor) is pink, while their second diaper (Idyl) is blue. So far, those are the only two diapers that this company had created.
I finally received my package the other day. Can’t believe it took 3 weeks…and no he never responded to any of my emails. I love his diapers, but costumer service is terrible. Would of bought em from changingtimes, but changingtimes doesn’t ship packs out anymore. They only ship bear hugs.
I get stressed out waiting a day longer then stated on delivery. I would never wait 3 weeks and no reply. Stuff that. I have only experienced good service from my U.K. suppler’s.
Hope you don’t mind if I revive this old thread… Has anyone ordered from Diaperconn lately? I bought a sample pack of DC Amor over two weeks ago, but it still hasn’t shipped yet as of this writing. I tried sending Diaper Connoisseur an email yesterday, but no response.
I wonder if this company is even still around anymore. Their diapers seem to be sold out everywhere, including the Changing Times diaper store that’s kinda close to where I live. The link to their amazon and Ebay page doesn’t work either 
Any word on what happened to them?
DC has been non-responsive for a long time now, with dead social media and an empty Amazon storefront.
DC Armor and DC Idyl are becoming rare and expensive diapers - if you are a collector, I would recommend getting them from 3rd party vendors before they are gone.
Note: Rearz still has medium packs of DC Armor .
What really? And I finally have enough money and courage to try out a pink diaper too

Is pink your only requirement or do the diapers need to have cool prints AND be pink?
Doesn’t have to be pink. I think the DC Amor has a well designed girly print, but I also like any light/pastel colored prints too. My main requirement is it must come in a size S.
Northshore Megamax is available in size small in Pink, Blue, Black, and Tie-dye. Check out their website and ask for a few samples of exactly the colors and sizes you want. I try to be a manly-man, but the pink are absolutely awesome looking.

Hey thanks! I’m usually not into medical brand diapers, but I’ll give the Megamax a shot. Their shade of pink looks nice.
I try to go for a cute soft aesthetic, so I’m the opposite of you lol 
Northshore has one foot firmly in the ABDL arena and the other in the medical supply world. If you check out their website, FAQ, and blog, they are totally ABDL aware. I’ve chatted with their customer service before about what diapers are most popular with “DL’s like me” and they didn’t even flinch. They are good people.
True. I like that their diapers come in other colors besides plain white. Northshore would be my top pick if I where to choose a good medical diaper.
I wish the sold these in england.
