day spent in new harness and nappy

I have just spent nearly 8 hours strapped in my new car seat harness and nappy like this one. the feeling of helplessness is unreal because it has wrist restraints and ankle straps built-in. I couldn’t escape from it and my carer wouldn’t let me out of it not even to use the toilet. I had to wet my nappy. can’t wait to be strapped in again
