Crinklz wings/tapes tearing off

Has anyone had an issue with the Crinklz aquanauts wings or tapes tearing off? Had never had this issue until today when twice, back to back, the wing tore off at the tapes…

Haven’t had that problem with them yet.

I haven’t had that problem unless I’m really pulling at the wings. But my case is nearly 2 years old. When did you get yours?

Negative here.

I have a Thrush Vector part number PZN - 14216815

I will let some air out/expand before I wear as I usually do. The couple that tore were straight out of the pack.. As you know, Thrush Vector packs em tight!!

I moved on to Megamax. Way better quality and much nicer, thicker, and secured very good. Crinklz is too thin and breaks too easy, the dye rubs off too easily, and their too delicate.

i ordered one case of asorted crinkles, and i coulnt get myself to use the last ones as i hated them this much, and was not overly impressed, sold them off the market place, i dint find they held much or were quality the tapes and the weak ass type front without a landing zone was an no to me, Rearz FTW abu / tylable with the velcros are also better imo even tho im not big on the kinda tapes but they function good

Gone through loads of crinklz so far, aquanauts and astronauts and never an issue, if you sit a lot, they will leak slightly under pressure from sitting after about 4th or 5th wee.

I love them, so comfy, great fit and not had an issue yet, ordered more.

Ive had that issue multiple times but in most cases I pulled to hard on the tab and the plastic stretched, Crinklz and Betterdry diapers are may favourite diaper for absorbency and comfort.

Never had a problem with them at all but even the best products can have a bad batch. Let the place you bought them from know and they will probably replace them.

Just getting through my first bag, had a leak the other night but plastic pants kept the bed dry, diaper was wet but not full capacity, not sure why it leaked, the back waistband might have folded down or something, exposing the inner diaper. I am surprised by the absorbency for such a thin diaper, I am not fond of the tape placement or lack of landing zone. I do love the Aqua Nat prints though, special sticking out the waistband of my new blue jeans, I have always loved the diaper peeking out look, but with printed diapers it makes me swoon, its just adorable, with a confusing bit of sexy?

Quite interesting how many like landing zones. I find them abhorrend. Basically because I have to tape most diapers with the lower tape around the leg and there is never a landing zone and also because they make the diaper wierdly stiff in the front. I prefer to decide where the tapes go to best fit my body. I also proceeded to **always **use safety pins to secure the top tapes, no matter what diaper brand. It just greatly improves the secure fit and makes it impossible for a tape to come off. They go in in the wing part of the tape and come out in the part that sticks to the pad. that way they cannot go off and also make an extra connection between wing and pad.

Cheers

I hope not!!! I just receive d my cyber Monday order of crinklz medium astronauts, I will be checking the wings to see if there are any adhesion issues, my lot number is: 185 1 20 06:41 date 2020 07 03 - means July 03 2020 they were made.

Just changed into one, I havent noticed anything different so far, tapes seem to be attched pretty strongly to the back sheet, we’ll see as times goes on.

FYI I did it like this, hope it helps; specifically the tapes, angling and snugness

might need to angle the lower tape up, had another leak this morning, but this diaper is near capacity.
