so I have an idea for a home build crib i was thinking of making build and was thinking of taking a normal bed frame and buying some wood and then build on from there I’m sure it can be done
You need to make railings. The ideal one would be on the same plan as a child’s bed. Check out a large home repair store (lowes and Home Depot in the US) and look for something ready made that you can adapt. Wood railings. Metal fence sections. You want something symbolic and cheap. An adult sized child’s crib is a lot of money if you need something exact.
