Could anyone help this vixen get some discontinued diapers? :3

Okay, it seems like I’m about to create my first thread here… hope I won’t destroy anything giggles

So. I need some help.

I am a really passionate collector of kids’ diapers with cartoon designs. Unfortunately I live in Poland, where such things aren’t very common (I think the only cartoon characters diapers we had relatively recently, were Pampers Easy-Ups with Dora and Diego, available around 2014-2015). Because of that, I have to import most stuff from America.

Sometimes the diapers I look for, are no longer in production the moment I get to know about their existence. Luckily usually in such situations, if I hurry up and search for them ASAP, I manage to buy them.

This is unfortunately not the case this time, though.

And finally let’s go straight to the point - What I’m DESPERATELY looking for right now?

There are two things I would be EXTREMELY happy, if anyone here could sell me or tell me where I can get them online by myself:

1. Huggies Pull-Ups with the Lion Guard design.

I would love to get up to 4-5 packs of them, though I’m aware it can be hard number to achieve and to be honest I will be happy with any number of packs, even one or two. ^^’

And here I mean the packs with two Lion Guard designs - not Lion Guard mixed with Cars, which are newer and unfortunately more common. ^^’

Preferably size 4T-5T, but I can be satisfied with 3T-4T too if there would be really nothing available in 4T-5T

2. Parent’s Choice Training Pants with the Paw Patrol design.

Here I mean the old design - with Chase and Marshall on the boys’ ones, and with Skye and Everest on the girls’ ones.

I heard they recently changed the design - Marshall is on the girls ones and replaced by Rubble on boys’, and there’s no Everest at all That’s why I want to get the old design.

Preferably size 4T-5T. Sure I can take the smaller ones too, but they look different each size - and on the 4T-5T they have the brightest and cutest smile, so that’s why I want the biggest size

I would love to get up to 2-3 packs of each gender version - boys’ and girls’. Same as with Lion Guard Huggies though, I’d be happy with any number of packs because I understand they are rare.

I would be EXTREMELY grateful, if anyone of you here could help me ^^ One babyfur told me recently that they still can be found in some local grocery stores or pharmacies, so maybe there’s some hope :3

You may ask why I wouldn’t search internet for them by myself and ask you for help instead. Actually I do it everyday The problem is that because of some legal mess around the law called GDPR passed by the EU (which Poland is a member of), a LOT of American stores and listing sites are blocked for users from Europe and I can’t even check them if they still have some of these diapers (I heard there are ways to go around these blockades, but I’m not a very IT-clever guy and I’m always afraid I will do something wrong ^^')

That’s why I’m quite dependent on help from my American and Canadian friends, and I ask you politely for this (Of course if someone living in Europe/Australia/NZ/anywhere has these diapers and is willing to sell them to me, I’m open for your help too x3)

And now some tips.

If you’re going to search for them online, stores may not (and probably don’t) update the pack photos. So to be sure if they have the packs I’m looking for, you would probably have to ask them directly about it via e-mail xD I don’t know if they would be able to provide such specific information, but I think it may be worth trying.

If you’re too embarrassed or anxious about doing it, just give me their e-mail address and I will ask them myself - as I don’t care this much about being THIS client who asks weird questions, I work in retail and deal with it daily

If you’re going to search for them… um, physically, by just going to stores, this will be probably easier. But you need to carefully look at packages - as they have small hints about which design they contain ^^

This is especially true in the case of Lion Guard Pull-Ups:

And these ones come in packs looking like THIS v one. As you can see, on the front side of a pack there’s the design on the left side shown - with some red outlines and Kion jumping.

Packages like THIS one, with the other design - with green - yellow lines and Kion walking - shown on front side, contain the Lion Guard design mixed with Cars designs - and these packs I don’t look for

^ They probably also have the Cars picture displayed on the back side though, so it shouldn’t be that hard to figure out if it’s the correct pack.

As for the Paw Patrol Training Pants, I’m looking for THESE ones:

I heard sometimes there can be packs promising the old designs inside, but containing the new ones instead. So it is quite a Russian roulette I think.

Maybe the packs are a little sem-transparent though, and if you’re lucky you can figure out the insides by looking carefully at shapes peeking through the pack x3 Then if you see a Marshall in the boys’ pack or Everest in the girls’pack, you can be sure that’s the correct one. But I dunno if they are like this, I never had these packages in my hands so I’m just guessing.

And now - what I can offer?

I realise I’m asking for help which requires some free time and may be a minor inconvenience. So I feel obligated to offer something for that help. So:

I will SURELY pay for everything - the diapers, the shipping to Poland, if you would have to drive some way to get the diapers I can pay you also for gas. That’s without doubt.
I can offer you a pack of Well Beginnings with Fluttershy print on them. AFAIK they are discontinued too, so it is a good offer for also discontinued Kion Pull-Ups and old Paw Patrol pants I think

I would have to dig quite deep into my stash to check, but I think I should also still have some UnderJams with old designs, and Polish Pampers Easy-Up Pants with old My Little Pony (G3) prints If I still have them, I may send you a couple of them too as a bonus (unfortunately not whole packs, only single diapers).

If you are a babyfur/kidfur, I can draw you an artwork FOR FREE ^^ Any scenery, any species, it can contain wet diapers, messy diapers, anything you want.

If you’re having problems searching the internet and trying to get to region-locked/blocked sites, a VPN is what you need. It’s a couple dollars per month, and allows you to search any site unblocked, and even sites that would never be available in your country. It should help in your searches greatly.

I haven’t been to a store in months but last I’ve seen I believe the paw patrol designs are still in circulation, the lion guard ones are really difficult to come by around here even before all the panic buying happened though. Nasty people bought up a ton of necessary baby supplies in March to resell for a profit. If there’s any still floating around in the wild I’d be really surprised. Though I haven’t seen a lion guard pack since 2019

I’m just more like asking all the folks here to peek into their local shops or some online selling places (like for example Offerup, which is one of the blocked ones for me) and check it up for me (and buy them of course) when they have some free time :3 I know it is a big favor so that’s why I’m offering rewards for this

Also I’m asking for help here partially because a person I found who actually has these Lion Guard ones for sale and I even talked with him about that (and literally the only thing that had not yet been done to finalize the deal was me receiving his PayPal account and sending him money ), suddenly stopped responding to my messages about three weeks ago hope nothing bad happened to him.

If there is any other place I can reach more people than ADISC, I’d be grateful if you tell me which one it is ^^

The only branch of IT I’m relatively familiar with is digital graphic software x3 These all progamming, webmastering or communication things I still need to learn.

Unfortunately I always had rather lazy IT teachers in my schools and all we were learning was how to use Microsoft Word. Not even Excel. And from what I heard I’m not the only person in Poland with similar experiences, seems it was just a Polish way of teaching IT classes for a long time. Now I have to learn everything by myself, as this stuff is becoming more and more necessary knowledge in my life.

I know these diapers I may buy a pack someday because they’re cute.

But they’re still not the ORIGINAL Paw Patrol, so I’d prefer to get these ones I mentioned in my first post now x3

So in the US you can get sued for copyright issues even if your characters are only slightly similar to the characters someone else created? :o.O:

No, you cannot. I’ve mentioned on here before how and WHY they will not be sued over the designs but no one pays attention. XD

Spinmaster (The owners of Paw Patrol) would have to prove there is some massive confusion being caused by people being confused about the characters. And since the characters on the Tykables are anthro, don’t even -look- like the Paw Patrol and don’t even have a similar naming scheme (Puppers vs Paw Patrol), there is zero change of litigation.

Puppies doing public service work is not copyrightable.

Anyways, best of luck on your searching. I haven’t seen too much Lion Guard stuff since they ended the series. Although I gotta say, that one ended VERY WELL.

I haven’t seen the Lion Guard pull-ups in stores in at least a year. Since I do a lot of driving, I had a friend that was having me buy them up at any store that I went too.

He paid me what I paid ($10 a pack)…and then turned around and sold them on eBay for $30-$50 a pack…

They’re worth a bunch if you can find them. I still have a few packages that I will eventually sell. Not sure when tho. So if you get someone that has some that they’ll sell you, just be prepared that they’ll be pricey.

Oh that sounds interesting. If you could do similar thing for me, I would be extremely grateful - maybe some store still has them by a chance.

From my experience I wonder if pharmacies wouldn’t be also the places you can relatively easily find them. In Poland, a few years ago some smaller pharmacies still had some Pampers designs in stock which went discontinued even 3-4 years earlier maybe in US or Canada it works this way too.

Maybe you could give me some contact to him? I would ask him then if he still has any of them

Yeah I know that. The person I talked with at first and lost contact with later, also told me quite a high price but well, it’s my fault I didn’t know about these diapers earlier, so I guess I have to pay more now for this mistake. Life

And also sounds nice that you also have some of them. Why you don’t want to sell them now, and when do you think it will be possible?

I would be interested in buying them so if you could keep them for me it will be great - I would know then that I will finally get them someday, and stop worrying about it

(and out of curiosity: do you also have some old Paw Patrol ones?..)

Trust me, there aren’t any left in my area. I’ve bought everything in pretty much all of Oklahoma and parts of Texas. I’ve looked, and it’s been over a year since I found any to buy. There might be some left around somewhere. But it’s doubtful. I’m willing to bet there was people like me that went over very large areas and bought them all.

He’s sold them all. He got them to resell, because he knew he could sell them for 5x’s what he was buying them for. The only other people that I know that have any, aren’t selling any. But if I hear of any, I can let you know.

I do have some of the Paw Patrol ones. I’m honestly not sure when I’m going to sell them. I’d honestly thought about selling everything at some of the furry conventions that I attend, since they have high populations of cubs / abdl’s at them. That way I don’t have to mess with paypal or shipping.

But everything has been canceled for the next year or so.

i’ve also been looking for more of the lion guard pull ups and also the palace pets ones too, i got lucky one time, i found 3 packs of lion guard pull ups in 3t-4t at a drug store near me. it also had lots of older diapers there too like some 2013 pampers baby drys and some late 00’s and early 10’s huggies and pampers. i’ve been tempted to buy it all but i’m tight on cash currently so i’ve just gotta pray no one else buys any until i can afford it
